Always have what I'm looking for in stock.
Your favorite Kroger brand may be gone if on sale bur they quickly restock. They will always open a lane if the lines to check out get more than 3 carts long. The self checkout is easy to use too and has an attendant near by. If I have a many item cart I will stand and wait in Christian's line though. He is the absolute best, makes the check out process a pleasure. Thanks always Christian!

To anyone using delivery service... If you live in an apartment put your apartment number in the COMMENT section. The GPS makes mistakes sometimes and that helps. I'd recommend.

I was very pleased with the cleanliness and set up of this store. I used self checkout since I only had 20 items. I did have a few hiccups with the POS but the cashier Sha'Naiya (hope I spelled it right) was very patient and efficient. She helped assist me with the Kroger app and my coupons. I always shop at this location for Kroger pickup so going in store is my last resort but I'll start coming inside to shop more often.

The employees were very helpful. The baby aisle felt extremely small but...I don't have babies to worry about. 😉

I went to Kroger as I always do. the store is clean and the staff is always helpful and courteous .weekly shopping. Nothing extraordinary. Went through a cashier check out they had 3 open which is great.

This Kroger has the best play list I've any grocery... It's too good... Everytime I'm in there I'm just in the zone vibing.

Ckean-well stocked store. I went to this location because they have an idem my Kroger doesn't carry. I will return to this location even though it's a bit of a drive. Staff was super friendly.

I really enjoy this grocery store. The staff is super nice and attentive and I can always find what I need with ease. The Starbucks inside with nice staff as well is an added bonus 🤩

Attallah was a genuine joy in self checkout. She checked on people frequently with care. She thanked people for being loyal customers at Kroger. What a star!

This Kroger is usually well stocked and the cashiers are nice. They have a sushi chef that makes great sushi. I was hesitant for a long time to try the sushi as I usually get sushi at local restaurants. I have to say, I have not been disappointed yet with its quality. I would recommend getting it around 11am or so when it is fresh.

Like going here, very clean and wide aisles. Shelves are well stocked and employees are friendly. Lots of parking for everyone.

Greeted by an employee while I was browsing, ended up coincidentally checking out in their lane.
Very genuine person, who had a solid sense of humor and an impressive grasp on customer service.
I would have to say this Kroger knows who to hire and how to treat their employees! A great experience. Plan to return whenever I'm in the area.

Best meat department or if the 3 major grocery stores (Kroger, Meijer, Walmart). Got 3pk of T-bone steaks and they were delicious. This location is always busy but the lines go quick.

Well if I didn't say Kroger's was like best grocery store in the world my wife would probably divorce me I don't believe there's a day but she doesn't go to Kroger one of these days I'm going to get the nerve up to ask her how much she spends a month but I'm kind of afraid that I might be sleeping in the garage if I would do that but I think it's a great great store we live in Vandalia and our store is really really nice but the new Kroger's in Troy is an exceptional place to go for all of your needs not this groceries

I visited the Vandalia Kroger on Saturday, Dec 23, 2017. I had a very good experience. The cashier and the workers were very friendly. Helpful as well. Good, clean atmosphere.

They never get our order correct. Last week we ordered a turkey breast and got Dr. Pepper soft drinks.

This particular store was very nice and clean the only two bad things some of the aisles have to much stuff my wife uses a scooter the other thing is we ask a person that works here about where to find things he didn't seem to care

Went to pick up two prescriptions for my daughter. Excellent service! Thanks for your patience in getting her medicine, with not having the numbers that was sent from her doctor!

Best produce in town.
