The new service video of the underside of your car showing any problem issues enhances the trust I have of this dealership servicing my cars. Great service, great price and I didn't have to wait much longer than my estimated wait time. Highly recommend.

let me tell you… if you are looking for a car & need someone to be transparent, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, go ahead and go see sierra here. she was so so kind and knowledgeable. she was all smiles and was so warm and someone you could just chat with. she made us feel welcomed and comfortable and was willing to go the extra mile with whatever, including offering to make fresh popcorn. she definitely deserves her business and i was proud to buy a car from her.

Service rep Alex High was great. Had 2019 civic tied in. Turned out it needed a new engine. They were able to find a low mileage engine and have it installed in less than a week. it’s about three weeks later and everything is running great. No problems. Will be back for future services.

Overall good experience. Friendly, efficient staff. Easy walk-in option for estimate. Helped me with a small discount and nice loaner with self-pay while my car was being repaired. Good time estimate for repair: said 5-10 business days, done in 8! The only negative was finding boot prints all over the cargo area when I got home.

Unbelievable, Outstanding Service from the minute I walked in!! I purchased a used Chevy truck from Germain Honda along with an extended warranty. I had some issues so I took it to 2 different Chevy dealerships, thinking since it’s a Chevy, right. I won’t mention Jeff Schmidt’s name, but it was horrible service and I believe they made my truck worse, and I had to pay out of pocket because they said my warranty didn’t cover the issues. Eddie Sorrell listened to what I was dealing with , told me I should have brought it to them in the first place since I am THEIR CUSTOMER, Chevy or not. He handed me off to Ryan Banks who would be handling my service. Outstanding communication from Ryan keeping me updated on everything going on. Long story short, they repaired my truck to 💯 percent and was able to get it covered through my warranty! There was 1 pretty expensive part that warranty would not cover, and Ryan said we are taking care of that for you ourselves. You are our customer and we will cover the expenses to make it right! How awesome is that!! With the amount of money I was looking at for repairs, these 2 Gentleman were a true Blessing for me. Eddie and Ryan, thank you again so much for going above & beyond 🙏. Highly recommend Germain Honda from sales to service 1000% 👍.

The staff went above and beyond in every aspect from the moment I called to schedule some extended warranty and recall work. I ended up driving an extra 15 minutes to this Honda dealership instead of one closer to me due to their speed and convenience in answering the phone and scheduling the appointment.
The cashier was friendly and quick in getting me checked out with a courtesy vehicle, Joey Zimmer was kind and reassuring that whatever needed to be done to my vehicle would be taken care of and he was right!!
Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in need of a Honda dealership for a new car OR for any maintenance work.
I will be coming back here to purchase my new Honda when the time comes!

Had a challenging emissions system issue that took a bit longer to fully diagnose than it could have, but my concerns were fully heard and addressed by the service manager, Eddie. He even called me on a Saturday morning. I’m confident my vehicle is in good hands.

An efficient, prompt and friendly business. The two vehicles that we test drove were clean and on standby when we arrived to do our observations. No pressure sale, Nick was very knowledgeable about the vehicle , paperwork was quick and yes we would do it again!

Luke was a great salesman! He was great at communicating everything, transparency in that dealership is best I’ve ever seen. They have made me and my family a Honda only family with how easy and non pushy they were. They just back their products up.

Scott was such a pleasure to work with. Although we got there late evening we got a decent length of test drive in. Not once did they try to sell add ons or finance. We agreed on the out of door price and that was it. Great people to do business with!!

Scott helped us understand our financing options, making sure we knew what Honda offered to us in terms of extended warranties and the like. He was never pushy and worked with us to make sure we got the best deal possible- one that suited us and Germain Honda. Overall, it was a pleasant experience! Germain has worked on our car a few times. Don't know if that's anything to be proud of but, they have always done top notch work. Their estimates are accurate and they're always finished on time. Great place whether it's major or just touch-up work.

I recently had my civic serviced by Germain and service was very quick. Alex the rep contacted me immediately when needed and provided me with the information that I needed. It was a major repair and was very satisfied with the quality and quick service.

The staff treated me with respect and professionalism. The staff member shared his thorough knowledge about how tire pressure effects the performance of the tire. The time I spent in the waiting room was appropriate and not insufferable. There were a variety of snacks to choose from in the cafe. I love that there is a separate waiting area for kids to play. I would definitely bring my car back to this location.

Izzy was an absolute joy to work with while buying our new CRV hybrid! Not only was she professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle, she was also friendly, patient, and incredibly personable.
