Rite Aid

I’ve been going here for years. Yes, the pharmacy is always busy (wish they could get some help), but regardless they are always friendly and helpful. Actually, all of store personnel are very helpful. Today I was looking for something and an off duty employee came up to me to offer help. Special shout out to Brad for always helping me find what I need and making all customers feel welcomed. He truly cares and is very genuine.

The pharmacy staff is great! They helped me transfer my medication from California to here (almost) flawlessly. All the staff I have met have been so friendly and helpful!

The only thing I was disappointed in was there was no sign for the pickup line outside. The far right land is ONLY for drop off. So I had to get back out of line and sit in line again in the left side to pick up. There are no signs outside. This was quite annoying but, now I know. Also, don’t go at 5pm on any day. You’ll wait forever!

Amy and another staff member were outstanding. Clean store. Hope it doesn’t close.

The employees are always kind and helpful. Rite Aide does a great job supplying one of a kind seasonal and holiday items that keep me stopping in year round.

Been using this pharmacy along time. Always very helpful, kind and very professional. If I ever had a problem getting a prescription filled, they aways worked with me, my doctor or insurance to make sure that the prescription problem was resolved. I recommend them highly-qualified.

I had a very nice experience here today at the Vandalia Rite Aid. The worker there, Joni, was very kind and asked if people needed help. She also shared helpful information about returns if I had any problems. It was a very nice and professional experience! I would recommend this store.

The cashier Jess was very polite, helpful, courteous and friendly. She was a big help in assisting me to find everything that I needed and she knew the inventory very well.
