I was visiting family and took my daughter to Kenwood mall to go shopping. I saw The Buckle and got excited, because I haven't been to one in 20 years. I moved to a state where they are not around. We went in and Meg was there to help. I haven't been able to find a good pair of jeans that fit me, without wearing a belt, for the past 15 years. So I knew exactly what I was looking for. I quickly gave her my specs, she asked me some more detailed questions, and started pulling different types of jeans for me. Everything she pulled was right on point! I ended up buying 2 pairs of jeans. My husband came in and she gave him the same attention. He is really picky when it comes to the way his clothes fit, so he didn't like any of the jeans she pulled. But after talking with him again, she pulled one last pair and he loved them! I don't think I have ever experienced customer service like this before in a clothing store. Meg was not pushy at all. She listened to what we wanted, even offered some extra top choices for my daughter. I wish I lived closer, because I would start buying my clothes from her at The Buckle. She was very thorough and absolutely amazing. I hope that The Buckle Corporation sees this and gives her a promotion and/or a pay raise. She is the epitome of what a Buckle representative should be. Meg, thank you so much for your time and expertise today. If you ever need a resume recommendation, I will GLADLY give you one! Great job!

I went to your store in the Kenwood location to look for clothing for a new career that I will be starting soon. Meg the assistant manager was extremely helpful with finding the clothing that I needed. She approached me and provided excellent suggestions. Meg was kind and very knowledgeable about the inventory in the store. There were a pair of pants that I needed a shorter length of that the store did not have in stock. However, Meg promptly ordered what I needed online. She explain to me the discount I would receive if I signed up for the buckle credit card and its other benefits, which I did apply for. The rest of the staff looked very professional and also they were very helpful to other customers. Meg was able to coordinate well with her staff to respond to other customers requests. Everyone looked like they worked well together and ran the store very well, even though it was a very busy time. Despite that busy time, the mood of the staff seemed upbeat and positive The store look clean and well organized. I will definitely shop at Buckle again.

Tonight I stopped at the Kenwood Buckle and was greeted and assisted by the amazing Meagan. She was so helpful, kind, courteous and went above and beyond to help me find a style that is perfect for what I was after. Her professionalism and care for how she helped me was exceptional. Please keep her around. She is a blessing. I'll keep shopping at this location for many more years to come woth services like this. Great customer service is rare to find. It is however very alive at this Buckle location.

Nolan (sales associate) was awesome! My son is tall and it took Nolan simple seconds to find 36" inseam and help us out of there in a timely manner. Overall great experience!

Bought a great pair of jeans there before awhile ago and wanted something similar. But I could barely remember anything about them. The employee, Morgan, stuck with me and narrowed it down, went through and we finally found the pair I had bought and then something similar, which turned out perfect. Awesome selection of clothes. From athletic wear, to street, they have it all. Seriously they actually have every style you could possibly want, and it's all wonderfully unique. Best fitting Jean's of all time! Just go in and try them on!!! Staff is always incredibly helpful and knowledgable. Not pushy.
