Excellent service at this location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Store is clean, organized and easy to navigate.

Parking is also fairly easy. When there are sales, the prices can be competitive- otherwise, when you pay more for things you know it’s because of the great service and high-end selection.

I had a great overall experience! I wasn’t too sure about what products I would need and Dennise at the skin/fragrance section was just so helpful. She was knowledgeable and informed me about which skincare products would work best for my skin concerns. She was patient with all my questions.

I had the most wonderful experience with Cynthia buying a handbag recently. And what I loved about Cynthia is that she listened and was very attentive. She was also handling other customers at the same time, but made sure that everyone’s need was met, walking them to another departments for other things to be purchased. She went above and beyond giving each customer more than a service but an experience.

I can’t wait to go back to make another handbag purchase with Cynthia!

I’m giving 5 stars because Madi in children was hands down the best sales person I’ve encountered in a while! She was extremely knowledgeable about the products and answered questions that my husband and I had. I’m mainly giving a 5 star because of Madi. I wanted to give 1 but it wouldn’t be fair to her for the hard work she did. I say 1 star because another sales person name Cynthia was nice at first but got too possessive and claimed us to be her customer. Followed us everywhere and when Madi was helping us learn about car seats and strollers as first time parents, Cynthia from handbags kept huffing and puffing, sighing, rolling her eyes, and being very unprofessional which made my husband and extremely uncomfortable. Madi was respectful the whole time and didn’t let Cynthia behavior stop her from giving us great customer service. We will be doing all sales moving forward with Madi only. She carried herself in a respectful manner. Cynthia needs to learn to not be so unprofessional and possessive. I wouldn’t have mind working with her if she didn’t decide to be so pushy and to also trash talk Madi to us as she walked my husband and I out last night solidified why we will not be working with her ever again! Other than that, if you need education on car seats and stroller, Madi is your girl. She is soo incredibly knowledgeable! Thank you sweetheart. You made my husband and I even more excited about this precious bundle of joy!

I got the pleasure of working with Dennise at the Chanel Counter and I have never felt more comfortable and satisfied with a shopping experience. I have a variety of skin concerns and she was able to carefully listen to my needs and help me find exactly what best suited me. I feel so confident with my new skin routine. I was just at the Nordstrom Kenwood location, and I was assisted by the Chanel counter manager, Dennise. I had such a pleasant experience with her, she help me find all the products I was looking for and informed me how to use them. Will definitely go back with her to help me with future purchases!

My partner and I had the ABSOLUTE joy of working with Aygul in the suit department. Aygul answered all of our questions, provided incredibly helpful suggestions, and made sure we were taken care of for an upcoming wedding. I HIGHLY recommend scheduling an appointment with Aygul. She was amazing and really made our time an enjoyable experience. We were nervous when we first arrived because my partner had never gone through the process of finding a suit and altering to his exact needs. Nordstrom is a very nice store. I can only speak to the fragrance department as that's what I shop here for. They have many fine fragrances and the team has always been welcoming and helpful with good recommendations. I feel this particular team really knows what they are talking about and I appreciate it.

Jennifer H was absolutely amazing! I am a cult-lover of Clinique but oftentimes I feel that I am more knowledgeable about the products than the employees working the counter. Jennifer was the exact opposite. She was so friendly, really informed me about the benefits of using the Pressed Vitamin C, told her my overall concerns and she gave me a sample of a new cream they offer. She was one of the friendliest and most knowledgeable salespeople I have encountered at any Clinique station.

Nice Nordstrom store located in the kenwood mall. First floor: shoes for men and women, jewelry and makeup, men’s clothing. Second floor: all women’s clothing and a bistro. Friendly and helpful staff, nice/clean facilities. Typically have a good stock of products.
