Champps Americana Brookfield

A group of us stopped in for after dinner drinks and apps and to celebrate a success we recently had. Our waitress went above and beyond. So many of the staff congratulated us. It was really nice of them to celebrate with us. Food was great as always and the beer menu was great. Would love more local sours to try!

My only dock is that its a bit loud but it's a sports bar. I go for the company of my work friends but I can't stay long as I'm a bit neurodivergent and the sound stresses me out.

I've been to Champps many times and I order take-out frequently. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes and I've enjoyed everything I've tried. I've always received top-notch customer service as well.

Tonight I ordered take-out and on my way to pick it up, I was involved in a minor traffic accident. I called back to let the hostess know I would be delayed picking up my order. I didn't want Champps to think I was a no-show or have it impact my ability to order takeout there in the future! The hostess, Jenna, was so kind and the first thing she asked was if I was ok. I told her I was and I just wanted to let her know I'd be there eventually. When I finally arrived (1.5 hours later!) she said it would be just a minute to re-make my meal. She said it wouldn't be fair if my meal was cold, so they made me a new one. Thanks Jenna for thinking of me and going above and beyond! I was having a bad day but your kindness and excellent customer service made me smile!

1st time here and it definitely won't be my last!!

GM Craig came to our table to greet us and see if we were enjoying everything. We did!

The server Jessie refilled our beverages without having to ask. Food came in good time.

Went here to grab some dinner on a very busy night (NCAA tourney was on). Service and food was excellent. The wait time was shirt, probably should have called ahead! I'll definitely be back!

This is how an American sports bar should be designed. The food is great. Service is great. Drinks are great. I recommend the waffle fries with a side of ranch. Great location easily accessible. Great location to watch a game.

I really enjoy this place. Great variety of food & beer and is well done. I’ve been here twice now and has been consistently good with everything. Yesterday I had the Wisconsin Cheese Curd burger. It had cheese curds, marinara, and chipotle ranch on it. It was delicious.

Champps does a great job with small corporate events! Their private room is perfect for 50-person work events. Kim is wonderful to work with.

I should have wrote this review years ago, but Champps is ALWAYS on point. This place is hopping every day, the beer selection is incredible, the servers are always on it, and you'll even notice that the owner is in there with his sleeves rolled up serving appetizers, meals, and making sure everyone is taken care of.

This is always one of our go-to restaurants because unlike many of the local chain restaurants (that can't find help, and sit there with empty restaurants and a 40 mins wait).......this place is always fully-staffed, and the food & service is great. This place has it figured out folks!

Good sports bar if that is what you are looking for. I was very impressed with the food and the service was excellent. We stayed probably a little longer than we should have, as we were talking and I never once felt pressured to leave. We did add extra to the tip for that reason.

1st timer! Wanted to try something different and this was perfect! They were definitely busy and the wait was cool but there was a lack of communication with the structure of the waiting process.
We got seated and our server Stephanie was Awesome! Friendly, patient, punctual and very familiar with her job!
We ordered the sampler platter and tbh the only thing on it good was the potato skins, Everything else was disappointing. Would not recommend unless it’s fresh. The mile high chicken nachos-highly recommend!! The casamigos pomegranate martini-highly recommend!! I love a great coleslaw which they had! We ordered the Santa Fe wrap and the mesquite dry rub wings, Wrap was Good and wings were ok but lacked flavor.
Good eats and Overall would go back!

Came here for dinner and was pleasantly surprised at the fast and friendly service. The food was delicious and amazing. I highly recommend the Champps cheeseburger, waffle fries, strawberry margarita, key lime pie cheesecake and s'mores cheesecake.

Very friendly staff. Great beer selection for anyone who loves beer. TVs everywhere you look and very clean. It probably can get pretty crazy here during sporting events but overall seems like a great place. I will definitely come back.

I assume they are just okay but we couldn't dine here. They were closed on Father's day. I'll consider trying them another time.
Update: our appetizer was quite good, our meals were so big! Should have taken half of it home. Ha! It was worth the second chance.

Went to have a few drinks while out of town. This had a good environment and lots of fans watching the Brewers. The food is/was good.

Our family is a big fan of Champps. It can be pricy here so we do not come very often, more of a special occasion place for us. We also stay away during the big sporting events as it is a sports bar and can get loud.
Our son ordered the cheese curd burger, and my husband and I ordered the chef salad (off the menu, it's an item that was on the menu for years then they took it off. They are great about making it when we visit, the photo shown is with out tomatoes) I forgot to take a photo of the actual menu, but they do have a decent selection. I also forgot to get a photo of the sampler platter, it's around $17 but you get a lot of food and its all very good.

Great service and atmosphere. Food is delicious as well! Always a great return visit time after time.

Busy today. My first time here. The beer and food choices were good. I recommend the fried bologna sandwich. The waitress was attentive and friendly.

Great service and good food. Had the fish and Chips which were fantastic. I've been here multiple times and each experience was great. Great menu variety as well.

Food was excellent. I had a fish fry. Three very good sized fillers. Very good waffle fries. Cole slaw was perfect. Chicken noodle soup was tremendous. Not too salty. Just had a wonderful meal.

Food was amazing! The wings are really delicious! I really enjoyed the potato skins! My server was excellent !
