Everyone is very friendly, the doctors are so compassionate and truly care about all of their patients! Management is also very helpful! I would recommend anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional pediatrician with knowledge beyond expectations to bring their child(ren) here!!!

My parents took me to Dr. Kroeger when I was a kid, and now I take my own daughter to Dr. Kroeger as well. I love the whole staff there- they are always so welcoming and personable. I wanted to leave a positive review today because I think Jackie went above and beyond in helping me figure out some things in some paperwork troubles I was having. I really appreciate her patience and great attitude! Its so nice to know that I can count on the staff at Pediatric Associates of Mt. Carmel!

We absolutely love this office! Every doctor we have ever seen has been amazing. All of the staff is friendly and anytime we need an appointment we get in extremely fast, normally within the same hour. We highly recommend this practice.

I couldn’t ask for a better place to take my kids! And my kids love it too! They are always greeted by the staff with smiles and conversation which puts their nerves at ease. And the stickers at the end are always the best part! I always leave feeling well educated about any discussion that was had in regards to my children.

Dr. Pittinger is the best doctor here. I have been coming here for 3 years now with both my kids. Great Doctor if you need a pediatrician.

Cannot say enough great things about the practice! From front office staff to the nurses and drs. They are professional, considerate & polite. The staff are always prompt & patient when returning calls, which is very much appreciated when your child is not feeling well. My granddaughter has been a patient here since she was three. She is now 16 & has seen Dr. Chamberlain exclusively since she was 5. Dr. Chamberlain has always treated her with respect as an individual & through the years he has not only listened to her concerns but has held her accountable when necessary. Great practice, staff & Doctors!!

I just cant't stress enough how grateful I am for this Pediatric office! I never have an issue getting or making an appointment. The front desk are absolutely phenomenal, friendly, and prompt to answer any questions you would have. I never have difficulty making or getting in for an appointment. I have to point out in particular Ruth at the front desk, just a blessing. Its so refreshing to feel so welcome and at ease when most the time you are coming in stressed with a sick child. Carla the assistant is also a god send. I have a very sweet child who can be extremely difficult due to his diagnoses. He does not like to cooperate with anyone but Carla was so patient and gentle with him as soon as she took his hand it was like he was put at ease and did so well! Last but not least our beyond wonderful pediatrician Michael Chamberlin, you are by far my favorite out of all 9 practitioners. I love your straight forward but gentle way you practice. Never have we ever felt rushed or uniformed. Never have I ever felt you were annoyed with my questions or my child misbehaving. You were definitely meant for this profession, you found your calling. (and just because you are a doctor doesn't necessarily mean you should be). Everytime I leave the office I always feel safe and secure with any decisions made, I have total respect and faith in you which says a lot in this day in age. I tend to question and doubt but not with you. All the issues I have had with one of my children with his diagnoses it was for a while there a REALLY hard time for the entire family. It affected all of us, but you helped make all of our lives better. You changed our lives for the better, I just can't thank you all enough!

This practice is AMAZING! I went here when I was a child and now that I have 2 kids of my own I have been taking them here. I have had nothing but great experience here. We usually go to the Batavia office and we love how great and amazing all the staff is there. We usually see Dr. Kroeger and we absolutely love him. He has always been patient with any needs or concerns that I have ever had. He is always so loving and caring to my kids. We also love katherine. She works in the front office at the Batavia location. She has made it so easy to always fit in my kids when needed and checks us in so quick. She always makes my kids feel welcomed when they come in. We love when we see her there.

Very quick at getting us in. Friendly staff and very patient with my toddler. I had to switch Pediatrictions due to insurance change. I was super nervous about the switch, but after seeing Dr. Krueger I was no longer worried.
He was wonderful with my child.

Best pediatricians in town! Been with them since I was a baby myself, then took my own kids there once they came along. Dr. Chamberlin, Dr. Kroeger, and Dr. Richard especially are always kind, patient, present, attentive, and thorough. I leave every appointment knowing we are in good hands.

We love the doctors here. They will do anything to work us in if we are sick. Once my son's fever was so high that they gave him a shot to bring it down. They were worried about him so they asked us to wait so they could recheck it in a little bit. While we waited they did everything they could to make my son feel comfortable. They brought him popsicles and even a video game to play. Just really good doctors and staff.

Great practice for children. Always good at having openings for unexpected sicknesses. We have never had to wait more than a few minutes to be brought back or in the room for the doctor. Very attentive to patient and parents.

I love this doctors office. Dr. Pittinger and Dr. Chamberland sre amazing and that's whoni keep my boys with they both help me and make me feel at ease with my childrens health not to mention most importantly my children love them dearly and when I explain to them which doctor we are going to they get so excited to see them. It melts my heart how this actually love their patients and not just doing it for their job. So thank you very much for taking care of my family.

I have been taking my son here for almost 2 years and have always received exceptional service. I have always gotten quick responses and same day appointments. I have seen almost all of the dr.s and I love them all!

I moved to Cincinnati in 2012 and all three of my children go here. They're a great group who focus on the health of the child and the family. They give great educated opinions and listen to the concerns of the parents.

Dr. Peltier and his medical student were friendly and thorough. They took the time to make my child feel special. The staff is always very accommodating.
