AT&T Store

Finely, AT&T came through! Tonya was the only rep who made a decision. For the last 18 months, I've been in the Corp store every 4 - 6 weeks. The guy that I worked with from the beginning.. 2 months later, he went on paternity leave. From there on out, it was potluck as to who I was seeing. The last 2 times I had Tonya. When i told her what the problems were she said.. let's reset your network settings. If that doesn't work, your option would be to payoff the 1st one and go with a different phone.
Fine! The biggest problems were... the network data would just **poof** gone. The touch screen didn't work very well. When you put a number, and hit the green phone and the voice says I need a valid, the call couldn't be made. If you can't put the phone # in, then the phone becomes a paperweight!
I couldn't touch it when I was able to use it, incoming call I had to lay the phone, not touch it and the call would be OK. You have to use the speaker b/c I couldn't hold it. If I tried holding it my callers couldn't hear me.. crackling was louder than me.
3 days later, I was back to see Tonya. I have an S23 now. It's a few dollars more, but it works!!
She's definitely the one you want to work with!!

Matt helped us he was very informative and helped us with our trade ins and helped set up the new devices in store. Took less then 20mins for both to be completed.

Came in today with my sis and boyfriend after buying phones from Best Buy. The guy who helped us was very patient with all our questions and was totally awesome!

My old phone broke and Matt was able to set me up with a new plan through first net because I'm a Medical Profesional, so I got a new phone and a cheaper plan than what I had been paying.

She was really fast with us and got what I needed everything loaded up on my new phone

We have visited the Hilliard AT&T location twice in the past two weeks and have been extremely happy with the service we received. The store manager Dominic, was kind, helpful, and explained everything in detail so we understood completely. Ahmed was also very nice and knowledgeable, combining lines for us with no issues at all. We enjoyed working with both of them! Will definitely be back to this location for any help and/or upgrades!

Shaun the manager and mike were very very helpful after I lost my phone in the river lol. It should’ve taken a lot longer but they knew what they were doing and worked very hard and quickly to help me. Amazing employees!!

John was great. He was so professional and knowledgeable and knew right away the problem and took care of it in 5 minutes

I had been trying to activate a new phone and had been on the phone with tech support for nearly 3 hours. Tech support pretty much gave up on me and told me that I had to wait 48 hours to activate my phone. I walked into the AT&T store 10 minutes before they closed and Matt was very glad to help me. By 2 minutes after closing time, Matt had me activated and I couldn't have been happier! I wouldn't have blamed Matt if he would've been grumpy since I walked in with a problem so close to closing time, but he was incredibly friendly and helpful. 5 stars to Matt at the Eastgate AT&T store.

Eric was wonderful in helping me out. After the fiasco I had trying to get my new phone delivered to me and getting it sent back. I should have just came to Eric’s store here. Not only did he help me out I feel like he went above and beyond for me. If you need a store to go it’s worth the drive to receive excellent quality service.

Tonya did a great job helping us set up our family with new phones and new wireless service. We have worked with her before and were so impressed with her commitment to give us the best possible options for our family that we returned to work with her again this past visit!
