I had the sweetest cashier and possible trainer. Regardless they were a team and so helpful! It's the holidays and every store is overwhelming. People aren't always at their best, this time of the year. I know I was feeling it. Those young girls went out of their way to be kind and caring. It's much appreciated!

I have been a long time customer of Dick’s Sporting Goods in Eastgate Ohio. There is someone I’d like to recognize. Emily Justice has always been so helpful kind, and professional. I am a retired US Navy Specialists. I know when people care and when they don’t. Emily takes pride in her work. She is not only good with me, but other patrons as well. If I were in a leadership position with Dick’s, I would definitely use Emily Justice as example for the entire team, staff etc.

Great place to shop for sporting, camping, hunting, running, fishing, and exercising. The store includes sections for each sport, athletic clothing, shoes, exercise equipment, golf clubs, tents, fishing poles and much more. Brands are on the higher end so the prices are a bit high. But you get the quality.

Store in excellent shape, employees very helpful with curbside pickup, helped me stuff my 10 foot kayak into the back of my jeep.

We always check on-line for what we are wanting, and then head to the store. Like this awesome vest for my wife. If it's not there, their friendly associates always help find it at a nearby store, or order it for us. Free shipping too 😉

Great place to shop for sporting goods...I'm just not that type. Lol

Terry in the golf area was really helpful. He was able to install a special grip on my brother's driver and give us some pointers on our swings. He also shared some helpful instructional video sites that we could check out at home. He was genuinely interested in seeing how my brother's swing improved with the new grip and asked us to follow-up at a later date.

Recently I had to exchange two pairs of Crocs, and the sales associate was extremely helpful in making sure that I found what I was looking for. Thank you, Logan!

I've always enjoyed taking my son here. The staff have always been real friendly and will help you find what you're looking for, which is convenient as it's a large store.
Large selection and definitely in the price range or sometimes lower than what you'd expect from a large store.

Good place to go if you're looking for a sporting goods place that has a little bit of everything. Not always the best customer support but if you ask they're pretty good about finding what you need if they do in fact have it. Plenty of deals that get sent out and if you do shop here make sure to use their reward points system it can save you a good amount of money. There are definitely some good deals that happen throughout the year if you're not in a hurry to buy something.

The gentleman who helped us for a bike for my Granddaughter's Birthday was very helpful and patient! A sales lady opened up the fitting room and cleaned it for me! The. Lady at cash register 1 was very kind! Thank you we will be back again! Great service and AWESOME ATTITUDES!

One of the good places to find your family's sporting goods requirements. Although today l didn't find the wading boots at this location l had wished to try on and purchase. I know l could have order them online, but since it was a brand of boot l've never purchased before l wanted to ensure the perfect fit of my water socks and wader bibs...

Sicks is an amazing place to shop and work both in which. I have had the pleasure in doing. They really look out for their employees and their customers their customer service is amazing. Watching how they interact and go way beyond for their employees and customers.

Great selection I have been going here since I was a kid for all my sporting needs and now I'm taking my son there to get him all set for this year. If you need shoes or hiking gear fishing kayaks they have it all.

They have a decent selection of entry-level kayaks as well
