Mark did an amazing job helping us out with our destination wedding in Mexico! He set up everything, from our flights, to our stay at the all-inclusive resort, to the hotel we stayed at in Chicago the night before our flight and where we were able to park our vehicle in their secured parking garage, to transportation to and from the resort. He opened up dialogue between myself and the wedding coordinator at the resort. He was readily available to answer any questions and/or concerns, from both myself and all our wedding guests. He went above and beyond! If there were any issues with anything, he would get them resolved promptly. I highly recommend contacting Mark if you are looking at booking any trips. He will help alleviate all the stress from planning your dream vacation.

Just returned from a 7 day Alaska cruise with Mark. We had a fabulous time. As part of a large group, we got several nice perks. Alaska was amazing: beautiful scenery (mountains that just won't quit), animals (whales were spotted frequently from the ship as well as on the whale watching tour), and wonderful people in all the Ports of Call. Mark had everything handled and when something came up, he was on top of getting things fixed right away. I can't say enough great things about Mark, the cruise, and Alaska. Thanks, Mark!

We take our honeymoon in 1 week. Mark has been great the entire time and made it very easy for us to book. We had to reschedule our honeymoon due to my father passing away. I've cruised via Mark and Making Memories Travel several times now, most recently experiencing Norwegian's exclusive Haven area. What a treat! Mark went out of his way to take care of every aspect of our vacation, getting us great pricing for our trip and most importantly, have the cruise line understand my new gluten allergy. I was so worried to cruise with this new dietary restriction (really vacation AT ALL) because if I do get glutened, I'd be miserable. I had ZERO issues! This allowed me to fully enjoy this overdue vacation and have confidence in traveling overall again. Also, the efforts Mark puts in to bring his groups together who travel on the same vacations are extra special too. We have met so many people in the general Southeastern Wisconsin area after being relocated here from the East coast years ago. THANK YOU MARK - I can't wait for the next adventure!

I would like to preface this by saying that I never leave reviews. For Making Memories Travel I will make an exception. I needed to make sudden travel arrangements (last week) for a parent that sustained an injury and needed to travel from the Caribbean to the U.S. for treatment on short notice. Mr. Wimberly went out of his way to quickly help. Everything went smoothly for my parent and he safely arrived in the U.S. yesterday. Today I needed to add a connection from one airport to another on short notice, and sent him a text message at 4:30 a.m. I was amazed that he responded immediately. By 7 everything was booked and taken care of. It required some work to add a plane credit, but he also did that to reduce the air fare price. He has been so kind, helpful and efficient throughout this process which has been most challenging. I can not recommend him enough. A truly caring and efficient travel agent. I am MOST GRATEFUL.

I just want to personally thank Mark Wimberly at Making Memories Travel for setting up this trip. Canada airlines lost our luggage for a couple days and we were having trouble coming up with it. Mark raised hell and it was delivered within two hours to our hotel in England. Thanks Mark! Now on with vacation!
