Strong Style MMA and Training Center

Man. I cannot say enough good things about strong style. I got my membership about five months ago and it’s been nothing but great.

VALUE. The elite plan is $100 a month. That allows you to go to any single class at any time unlimited times. It is easy to break even on this cost in just a couple of days of classes compared to gyms that charge per class.

They offer so many classes at so many times it’s mind-boggling, impressive, and conforming to all schedules

The staff here is amazing. They do not cheap out on personnel, and the place is abundant with trainers willing and able to help. Always friendly, welcoming and farewelling everyone at the door. Always willing to help during class and will even spare a couple of minutes of one on one with you after class if they have the time.

They have a fantastic merchandise shop. With everything you would ever need for a class as well as branded merchandise that actually looks good, and they rotate with new items consistently.

It’s all inclusive and welcoming by every means. I’ve seen and trained with people of every experience level, age, and background

It’s more than a credited, and has a truly exemplary reputation. They have so many pro fighters coming out of this gym going all the way to the top of the fighting world.

This is more than a gym/training center. From day one the staff treated my son and I like family. It's all love but make no mistake about it. We train hard here. This place is the real deal were you train amongst professional athletes and learn from the best.

Best gym I've ever been a member at! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great equipment, & plenty of classes if you want them. You can't help but to feel like a Champion training amongst Champions with the Westside Barbell affiliation as well as the Champion fighters that call Strong Style home.

I absolutely love training here! There’s such a variety of fantastic, world-class instructors and so many different training partners. I often cross-train in different states/cities and this gym is my favorite!

If StrongStyle offers it, they excel in it. Machines are top-notch. Staff is personable. Classes push you to the limits (in a good way). Super impressed!

Great gym, awesome staff and the absolute best members! I've been a member since around 2015/2016 and truly love training there. Strongstyle provides an equally uplifting & challenging environment where one can meet their goals; whatever they may be! The owner, coaches, and staff are all knowledgeable, skilled & have a team focused mindset. If you're ready to put in the work they'll support you wholeheartedly.
It's been amazing to see the progress the gym has made over the years and comes as no surprise that it's time to grow into a bigger and better facility.

I started working out here last year as someone who has never worked out prior to joining. I signed up with Steve Cygan as my personal trainer. Steve is a great trainer who cares about his clients. I reached my goal in less than a year. More importantly I was able to form a great foundation to build on. Strong Style is an amazing gym with an amazing staff to match. Highly recommend checking this place out, especially if you’re new to working out!

So glad I finally took the leap and joined strong style. I’ve been a member for a few months and regularly attend the athletics classes which are amazing! The Staff is hands down the best trainers, coaches and environment for meeting your goals. At any level of skill and strength there is no judgement just kind, knowledgeable, encouraging coaches! IMO there’s no better gym and fitness family than Strong Style! 🦾

Strong Style is indisputably the best gym around! The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and it is evident that they genuinely care about the goals and success of their members. The trainers and staff put in hard work and countless hours to make this place the great establishment it is and the best place to train. The amount of classes to choose from and the equipment is beyond any other place I've trained but it is the trainers and staff...the people who make it the great place it is.

Great Gym and SOLID Group of Coaches, Staff, and even other members. The very first time I walked into the facility I was treated like I belonged there. Strong Style produces CHAMPIONS but they never treat the "little guy/gal" like they are any less important than their premiere fighters. The Team as a whole is totally inclusive and even though I was the new guy I was treated like I belonged. Don't believe the bad hype these other reviewers are spilling. Most have either Never even been to Strong Style let alone in any gym at all. regardless of your skill level or goals I HIGHLY recommend Strong Style Training Center. They won't let you down.

No gym compares to Strongstyle. It has equipment that you won’t find at any other gym. The staff is very chill and professional 100% of the time. The coaches are very passionate and their excitement for martial arts radiates on everyone. I’ve been a member for 1-2 years and they’ve never given me issues with account freezes or anything billingwise. 11/10 would recommend.

World class entity and people. The entire staff is friendly, mindful. Props to Marcus for creating such an amazing culture filled with champions - literally and spiritually. It's also a very, very welcoming group of trainers, and they welcome beginners. If you've ever contemplated learning boxing/mma, there is no better choice.

Strongstyle is not comparable to any other fighting gym in Ohio. I have never found an environment that matches my energy until I started training here. People are really high energy, and always willing to show you the ropes. Its an incredible gym and im really happy to be apart of that. This place breeds winning fighters and i aspire to be one! 💪🏼 Within 1 week one my boxing has improved soo much, im more powerful and efficient using the primary muscle groups of my body. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience here.

Strong Style Training Center is a great high quality trini game facility with the best instructors in each of the classes they offer. This place is hard-core and it serious but it puts out some of the best athletes around. I participated in the strength and conditioning classes and no matter where you are in your fitness journey they will meet you where you are and help you reach your goals.

I've been a member for over a year now. The personal trainers are great and exactly what I need for my personal journey. Staff and members are all very kind and accommodating. Great atmosphere for my grandson who is in the kids boxing class. No where else I'd rather workout!

Best facility around. I love the slogan, “ where the weak, but willing are welcome and the talented, but lazy are not.” I have been going here for over a year now and the culture is spectacular. The women get RESPECT. The coaches, staff and members care about your goals and want to see you get better. At this point it is my favorite place to socialize and train because they might be friendly but they definitely training savages.

One of, if not THE best gym/training facility I have been too. The staff is awesome and super knowledgeable, and the community is immediately welcoming. If you enter with respect, you will receive nothing but respect. Shout out to Marcus for making such a great spot!

Love training there , I missed it so much when the pandemic hit, I feel safe, the equipment rocks it's clean and the staff are all very helpful and friendly , and their monthly rate is spot on for everything you have access to.
I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to workout or train martial arts.
:Update:they are opening a new bigger location and applying a ton of updates as well as artwork and new equipment can't wait to go and check out.

I've been apart of a few gyms, and StrongStyle by far is the best facility I've been in from the rage of equipment, to the amazing diverse educated staff, to the overall welcoming environment which makes it feel more like family than a judgement zone. Strongstyle is a awesome gym. Lots of different classes at different times of the day. Nice weightlifting area with different & unique equipment you won’t find at most gyms. If you don’t know how to use the equipment the staff is ready to help show you.
