Kathleen has been doing my hair for more than 30 years. Going through my photographs of holidays, weddings, graduations, and many other events, with my sister and cousin, they commented on how good my hair looked. My sister said I always had fantastic haircuts and color. I figured I should let Kathleen know this. Over the years, my hair changed, Kathleen has adapted my style, my color to work with my hair. For my money, she is one of the Milwaukee area’s best stylists.

I have been a client for over 20 years and look forward to every service. Kathleen knows her clients' needs and does not try to pressure you into services or products you don't want. I consider her my therapist and a model for all business women.

Kathleen really knows hair. I went in on a Groupon for low lights and she asked if I would be willing to fix my hair with protein treatments so that the color would stay in my hair more than a week or two. I agreed. And wow my hair is so much more healthy. It is not frizzy and my body wave is as strong as before the treatments. I came back in 2 weeks and love my low lights. It's been 1 week and they look like the day I got them. I highly recommend her

I received a Groupon for 100.00 certificate to use at Salon West. I used it to get a facial and Shellac manicure. The facial was 75, shellac manicure 35. I was late by 10 minutes and my estitician was not even ready for me. It was extremely loud as they have other stylist doing the hair of wedding parties just outside the door. I also got product in my eyes as the lady did not cover my eyelids with something to prevent this (ouch.) My manicure was done by the same woman, had to ask her to go to my edges of my nails. She also had a shaking hand which was applying the polish. There wasn't a hand massage or lotion applied. Honestly, I received better service from the mall technicians. I will never go back!

Bought a Groupon for service and spent over a month trying to schedule my appointment. They do t have anyone to answer phones so you leave a message which NEVER gets returned. Luckily Groupon gave me a credit so I didn't lose any $ due to their lack of customer service. Stay away!
