Jo Jo Carloni's Italian Restaurant & Pizzaria

I never knew this place existed. It was hidden in the plaza in the back. It was very nice and fancy. Everything was delicious and everybody was friendly. I give this place a 10 out of 10. If you are up to spend a bit of money, this is the place for you. They present the food very nicely, so u do get a bang for ur buck. My fiance and I went her for valentines Day and got pizza! It was very yummy and worth it. 😋

This place was fantastic. Amazing food in an intimate atmosphere. Has both bar service and table. Make a reservation beforehand if you can. Amazing desserts!

From beginning to end...the food and service is absolutely amazing! I'm a restaurant owner myself and this is my favorite place in Berea to Dine, enjoy a glass of wine, get together with family and friends, have a snack or appetizer, and the desserts are delicious! Live music on certain nights...All around... a great atmosphere! 👍

The calamari was such an awesome dish to start. The addition of the peppers made for balance in flavor and contrast in texture. Our main meals were delightful as well - lasagna and GF arrabiatta pizza. Yum!

Had a low-key business dinner here as my employer HQ is in the Cleveland area. I didn't get anything fancy, just a salad and a side of meatballs. The salad was absolute top tier 5/5 and super filling, but I couldn't let those meatballs go to waste so I had to try them. Upon trying them, the meatballs and the sauce was so divine I ended up clearing everything. Might have just been because I had just endured 10 hours of meetings and powerpoint slides and could've eaten my own hand for sustenance, but nonetheless the food and service was awesome.

Unfortunately I live 2500 miles away, but I've saved this restaurant in the event next time I'm in the area I need a place to eat.

Our first time here & we love the food and atmosphere at this place. Sorry I forgot to take pictures of the food we had but the pizza and wings was fantastic. The sauce we had was Bulleit Rye BBQ, just wow. We will be back

Not an Italian foodie, was in town for a brief trip & food was beyond expectations! Service, Alyssa, made great suggestions! We enjoyed the homemade lasagna, Italian sausage & penne vodka pasta was superb! Will definitely be back for more.

I’ve been wanting to eat here for a long time. I was NOT disappointed! They good reviews & hype about this place is true.
The pizza was outstanding. My husband and I loved it. The wings were very good as well. The wing sauces were really tasty. We had 4 of them. We got it to go and it was packaged nicely. We can’t wait to go back and try more food! Especially their specials and pastas! A must try place!

I love this place! The food is fantastic. Try the French 75. The speciality pizza tonight was fantastic!

We love happy hour at Jojos. The drinks are really good and priced well. The food specials are great. We especially love the hot peppers and stuffed eggplant. The live music every other Wednesday is great.

Fu-getta bout it! This was one of the best dinner experiences I've had in a while. Very popular place, reservations might be a good idea. Really good salad and the stromboli and pizza were perfect. All ingredients were really good quality. It was priced just right, not too expensive. I can't wait to come back to try different options. The service was great! Very friendly staff. I really loved the music that was playing. We sat at a high top with a packed bar and were able to enjoy our conversation and hear the music. Carloni's is a must visit!

My daughter did a web search and we chose this place due to the ratings. Amazing dining experience. Five stars across the board. Family owned business. Great staff, atmosphere and of course the food. Warm bread. We requested oil and fresh basil to dip the bread. We both ordered salads, chicken parm and spaghetti. Great chef. Definitely recommend and we'll be back again.

A huge thank you for the currents specials — The Barbie Girl Martini and The Summer Salad! Knocked it out of the park!!! The drink was perfect - not too sweet or too sour, just right and super pretty! Summer salad was fresh and delicious - Great combination of summer flavors.

We have never been here before. What a shame. It is awesome! Everyone was so nice and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our experience. The restaurant is beautiful and comfortable. Our waiter Jared was timely and efficient. Chelsea was in charge of making drinks and created a Mint Old Fashion, that is absolutely delicious! We had the crispy artichokes for an appetizer, YUM! I had the eggplant parmesan that came with a side of pasta. The eggplant was lately breaded and in a very tasty marinara.. It was scrumptious! My husband had the linguine and clams, delish! They have an endless array of fantastic desserts as well and an extensive wine list! We will definitely go back!

Amazing food, fantastic staff. As always, you walk in to wonderful smells, the cocktails are delicious. Alyssa was our server and she was fantastic! My son says “the best fettuccine Alfredo ever!”

Had pizza on their patio . Both hawaiian and the artichoke pizzas were excellent.

First visit
Ordered the seafood pizza. It was a little salty but still good. Also got the artichoke pizza to take home. That one was delicious and everyone's favorite.

This was amazing!! Service was great, everyone was so friendly and food and drinks were delicious! This was our first time and I know we will be back. We Sat in the bar for the happy hour menu it was great. We tried a bit of the menu calamari, margarita pizza, stuffed eggplant, meatball and ricotta (my husband would have preferred ricotta to be hot instead of cold on the side), and I got a side of the tomato and basil risotto all of it was delicious! I had the dirty Gin Martini and my husband the Moscow mule each which were only $5 each he also had a draft beer that was $2 off, great happy hour pricing!
With regards to covid-19 they have all the tables and seats at the bar at a distance from each other and all the employees had masks on, I felt very safe eating there! They also had hand sanitizer pump jars at each table too!

What a fantastic take a chance Italian restaurant. First time visit but not our last!! Our waiter, C J was one of the best. Dinner was outstanding. Highly recommended!
