Blues Creek Park

Beautiful park the paths are well maintained, enjoyed the prairie flowers even though they are turning brown the wildlife is getting seeds and nature turning to winter.

Park Rangers keep it very clean! 6ft social distancing is fully attainable. During this pandemic, the restrooms have been closed. Recently, this park has recieved some port-a-johns. I haven't gotten to use one yet, however I opened one at my most recent visit and was pleased to see that it will accommodate anyone able to visit the park, with adequate room also for pets! A very large dog would fit with an owner in these (maybe even 2 dogs.) I'm highly pleased with the effort and time taken to make that happen.

The past few weeks, the park has lushed out in beauty. It is so peaceful and aromatic. The entire park is well maintained and cared for. The trails are an adventure full of comfort, pleasant smells, animals passing by, tracks, flowers, trees, bushes, and wild plants of all sorts. Many birdhouses to see. And, many trees that have plaques talking about them; a wonderful educational experience this park is!

I've been goin there for over 20 years with my dogs. WONDERFUL park to Take a walk. They also have a VERY nice catch and release pond to fish. A nice playground for kids. You can have a picnic. ALL of the Delaware County Preservation parks are so well maintained! A pleasure to go to them.

It's a great place to take a stroll and see nature in its full glory.

Excellent very nice walking trails clean restrooms, nice selection of birds to observe, listen to, small catch and release pond, difficult to access with handicap. But very pretty and well-maintained. Pictured is a 7 lb channel cat

Great park . Lots of prairie and trails. Catch and release fishing pond. Sledding hill. Small playground. Picnic shelters. Nice clean restrooms. The only downside is this place is thick with ticks in the summer. High grass plus deer and other animals = Tick Disneyland. Make sure you check your pets, kids and selves especially if you went on the trails. Lyme disease is no joke.

It's very well maintained, and you can tell they mow at least weekly. It's a nice park with a pond that you can fish in, and it's got plenty of wooded and field areas to explore.

The grass walks are a nice change from the usual gravel paths.

It's a really nice area for fresh air and a short walk to decompress. They also have a decent size pond for fishing. Lots of
BlueGil, and Bass. Cath and release only though.

Beautiful park great walking paths for your dog. However this time a year be careful pulled off 8 ticks from my pup.

We had a really great time. Park rangers had a fishing event there today so we fished a little and walked on the trails. Beautiful day

Delaware county has an incredible park system. Thanks to all those employees who maintain these beautiful places. Blues creek is no exception.

Blue Creek is in fine shape for walking. Mowed trails, Little mud, birds, flowers, fresh air and a pond.

Very nice, quiet park just outside the town. Very well kept with nice walking trails.
