Keiko is great!!! I am really happy with how she colored and cut my hair. She created the best color I’ve had in years. I’ve received many compliments since seeing Keiko. I definitely will return. The salon is a warm & professional environment. I highly recommend.

I took both of my daughters for haircuts and the appointments were rushed, resulting in uneven bangs and weird looking layers. After initially voicing my frustration with a Google review, the owner, Dave contacted me so he could make things right. It was a pleasure working with him. He made sure the haircuts could be fixed and April was able to fix my girls' bangs and now they look absolutely beautiful! The customer service and support was absolutely outstanding. I really felt like they went above and beyond with making sure my girls' hair were fixed and we were happy. I really appreciate the kindness and respect he had towards me and my family.

I’ve been going to Keiko at Supercuts for over 5 years. She always does a great job and she’s very friendly and personable. She’s a great stylist. I get compliments on the style she suggested everywhere I go. I always leave the salon looking great. I highly recommend Keiko and Supercuts.

The stylist here are all so awesome! Special shoutout to Keiko who is so wonderful and has been my stylist here for years! This place is also always super clean and such a convenient location next to Costco.

All the staff were nice and polite. Alex cut my hair. She talked with me about what I wanted and made sure to give a visual and double check. I definitely will be going back!!

Keiko did a BEAUTIFUL job with my hair, I feel like I got a $100 haircut for a quarter of the price. Overall perfect experience, especially considering the fact that I decided I was going in for a haircut only 20 min prior & their online check in feature was super easy to use. It was also super quick in & out, and Keiko exceeded my expectations! I was just going in to get my dead ends trimmed & I gotta whole new look & I’m OBSESSED. Thank you Keiko ❤

I went to the Supercuts in Menomonee Falls to get my eyebrows waxed on July 15 and I went back the next day and July 16 for my haircut. Both times I had Vanessa take care of me. She was absolutely amazing from the time I walked in I was welcome as a long-lost friend. The entire staff is absolutely extraordinary. Customer service is huge to me since I am a guest service manager. I highly highly recommend this location I promise you will not be disappointed.

This is by far a Great place to have your cut styled or shampoo. They cut My grandma's Hair who is 103 and made her feel wonderful.. The hair cut cost $20.00. it doesnt matter Your race or Hair texture,They can handle it with care and ease. Ketko,Vanessa and Angelica and You other amazing Employees ThankYou.
