BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I was thoroughly surprised. The staff that works here is incredibly professional and nice. Which I find incredible because the customers that shop there are by far the nastiest. I don’t know if it’s because it was Saturday or the location. But this Costco definitely attracts a-hole customers. Thank you to the employees for keeping a positive attitude under those trying circumstances.

I went shopping with my two Littles and Javin politely waited for me to unload my groceries so he could take my cart back. He then was very kind and said have a great day. Hard work ethic and very polite.

This place is not for everybody the cost is too much,you can go to Walmart or Aldi or Woodman's,the rate for me is a great big fat zero seriously people needs to bargain shop before going to this store too save money it's the truth,you can get more for your money, I am not trying to stop on any body toes this is not my place, I do apologize thanks you be safe and bless in Jesus name.

Made an appointment for a hearing test two weeks ago, I had an appointment set up for 12 noon. (I had their printed card with my appointment time.) Got there, and when I tried to check in, I wasn't even in the system. At first, they just said, "Sorry, maybe we can get you in next week." I walked away quite disappointed. But then I went back and (kindly) expressed my disappointment, I had scheduled my whole day around this appointment. The hearing aid department Manager (Amanda) was very apologetic and called a store manager to explain the situation and see if there was something they could do for me. Jenn also was apologetic, and they did something very kind that made the whole matter end very nicely. I have an appointment now for next week, and everyone is smiling. The Menomonee Falls WI store is a great place with great employees and great service!

I am new member and very impressed at eye Dr. and hearing aid place within the Costco building.

This is where I shop in bulk. I love to stock up here. It's much cheaper in the long run.

What's not to like. Cosco is always clean. The shopping experience is exceptional!!!! Cosco's staff are always courteous, and helpful. It's easy to navigate through the store and gather items to purchase.

I always spend money when I get here. But the quality is unbeatable. Love these plants. Prices are affordable. Great selection both food and home products.

Don't come looking for a rotisserie chicken at the Menomonee Falls location until 9-24-2023 because of renovations to the ovens. Great selections of everything and good deals.

I love going to Costco, they are to Sam’s club what target is to Walmart. The only thing I don’t like is that you can’t shop in store of the app like Sam’s club.

Kudos to the general manager and staff. The only negative is their phone store. I know it is not technically part of Costco, but they should have the same training for customer service.
