I have an older gas burning unit and parts to make cosmetic changes were not available. Tierra, in the Newark store, exhausted every option trying to help me, going above and beyond the call of duty. Chase, the field sales person, visited our home and helped determine a solution, which now looks amazing and exceeded our expectations. Lastly, our service tech Mark, made our unit look and operate like it was new. His expertise and attention to detail was refreshing and I now believe that I understand our system. I also want to thank Brian for helping to coordinate the service call and for his timely follow up and communication. I give my highest recommendation to Fireside Hearth & home, what a team!
One final note, when my wife arrived home and saw our “new” fireplace, she laughed with joy over how great it looked! We are very grateful customers.

Everything about the process of selecting our gas fireplace insert was handled professionally and efficiently. Jennifer and her team (Jess and Tiara)were very helpful and knowledgeable. Their communication and follow-up was great. Anthony and Owen were here today for the install. They were thorough, efficient and professional. They took time to explain in detail all of the features and instructions for using and maintaining our new fireplace. There was a small bend on the corner of the decorative cover that they took pictures of and ordered a replacement. We really couldn’t be happier with how it looks and how smooth the whole process went.

Mark was very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. He fixed a problem a prior tech ignored. He replaced the combustion blower on our pellet insert, we would not have been able to do the job ourselves. Harman insert running beautifully now!

Doug did a great job and was so nice. Our gas fireplace has not worked for a few years so we thought we would try to have someone fix it. Tierra was great over the phone trying to troubleshoot and get all the information the tech would need. It has been working great since the service.

I wanted to replace the glass panels in a 20 year old Heat n Glo 2-sided gas fireplace. Angie sourced and ordered the glass and scheduled the service call for install. Mark installed the glass and cleaned my unit. It looks like new! Every step I experienced amazing service and knowledgeable people. Friendly too! I highly recommend Fireplace Hearth & Home and will use them going forward for biannual maintenance.

Mark Jaynes was absolutley great. He explained what he was doing and even tightened up some bolts that worked their was loose. After he finished the work area was cleaner than when he arrived!! He left us satisfied and impressed with his service.

Doug was our technician. He was very knowledgeable and explained things as he went. He also installed a fan in our fireplace. He came last year and I requested him this year. A very nice man and a reputable company. I will also use him next year.
