Very polite. Doesn’t use dishonest sales tactics. Car was in very good shape. I would definitely recommend this man for any needs you may have. Very genuine and doesn’t lie or try to trick you.

Of all the used car lots I have been to, this is by far the best. I had lots of experiences with other lots trying to sell me poor quality cars, and was not expecting much of this one at first. I was pleased to find that Unique Auto was the complete opposite of the other places I had encountered, and is a trustworthy business. I got a great deal on a car that is in extremely good shape for a used car, and the customer service was great. I was not misled or pressured in any way to buy something I didn't want, and the guy who sold me the car was extremely helpful. I generally would not recommend a used car lot to anyone, WITH THE EXCEPTION of this one. I would absolutely recommend Unique Auto to anyone looking for a good used car. I have no complaints about it whatsoever.

It’s so hard to find a mechanic that is straight forward, honest and that will take the time to go everything with you. Adis is the best of the best. He goes above and beyond to get you the best price for his repairs as well as pinpointing and going over anything that needs to be done. Would never go anywhere else. A++++

I saw an ad for a car being sold by Unique Auto through Cargurus. I visited multiple dealerships to test drive multiple cars. Unique Auto stood out because of how responsive they were to texts and calls which is what brought me in the door. When I met Adis he was very clear about any issues he found with the car, and was actively making repairs to resolve the issues. Overall I felt the dealership was honest, upfront, and offered a great deal. I was very satisfied with my experience and will definitely return to the shop in the future.

Great service from Unique Auto! I had multiple scratches on a passenger door I had let go for over a year. They were able to provide me an estimate over within an hour and the prices were much more reasonable than the other places I had looked. They completed the work a day faster than originally stated and there were no surprise charges at pick up. Thanks

Unique Auto was an amazing place to buy a car! I found my dream car at Unique Auto! I took a test drive, loved the car, and went through the process of buying it. They made it very easy to understand what I was signing and why I was signing it. I knew ahead of time it’s an older car but it’s in great condition. There was no known problems and they even did an oil change for free.
I’ve been driving it for the past month and it’s been amazing. I absolutely love it and I highly recommend Unique Auto!

We had been shopping for a new family vehicle for weeks around NE Ohio just to find rusty overpriced units over and over. Drove an hour or so to Unique Auto not sure what to expect. Well I was shocked, no need to look further, our quest was over! We found a clean vehicle that will last our family for years and saved hundreds really considering the nice condition. BEST customer service in Cleveland/East lake ever. Not only does he sell great cars at a reasonable price, he triple check them. Whatever is wrong with the car they fix. And he has paperwork to prove it. They are all about satisfying their customers. I love everything about this place and will definitely refer my friends and family to them.

I just purchased a 2011 Hyundai Sonata from them and its BEAUTIFUL. One of the best cars I’ve ever bought. The price was extremely fair and the car was SUPER clean on the outside and inside. No problems under the hood. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!
