In the search for a truck, my business stumbled upon this dealership due to the trucks and availability of them. I drove over an hour to check out the used vehicle though I was apprehensive due to old reviews. I have to emphasize that this was a used truck so we expected some minor repairs. They were very upfront about the cost and willing to work with us if there were any major issues. They’re we’re also able to complete the entire deal in office. We made the deal a few months ago and we’re still satisfied with our truck.

We took on the repairs of a suspension coil and serpentine belt. There were other things we as a business chose to repair for our own peace of mind (not because anything was necessarily wrong).

I was overall impressed with the quality of many other vehicles on the lot as well, if we didn’t like the one we chose, we had options in the same price range.

I bought a used 2004 Nissan Frontier XE from JPH back in June 2018. The truck had 119,000 miles on it at the time and the price was far less than Blue Book value. Had new tires installed and a tune up since then and it's still running strong. These guys are honest and fair with no high pressure sales at all. Very satisfied!

Bought a truck from JPH and discovered an issue that the dealer was not aware of. I talked to Jon about the issue and he offered some options about how to resolve it. We came to an agreeable solution and got the issue taken care of. It was great to have a dealer willing to work with me on a resolution.

Jon was an awesome guy and a true pleasure meeting and talking with him !!! No pushy sales tactics or any type of pressure at all either. He also has nice clean trucks and cars at very fair prices too. I ended up buying a very nice 2011 F-150 that me and my family love. He also handles the paperwork painlessly as possible and very efficiently unlike most dealership's who take longer than is what is neccessary in my opinion. Bought a truck with JPH, had a great experience! When the truck had an issue soon after purchase, Jon had us bring it to a mechanic and he fixed it on his dime! Then we needed a car detailed that we were selling, we brought it in and they made it look awesome. Even touched up some paint that had chipped. Highly recommend!

I had been looking for a good 4x4 truck for awhile. Saw one online at JPH. I called ahead and spoke with Jon as I live 100 miles away. He told me the bed was a little rusty but the truck ran and drove very well just as advertised so I made the trip. I was welcomed with a smile and a handshake, looked over and drove the truck. It was everything Jon said it was and I purchased it that day. Truck had been serviced as advertised. Had a brand new gas tank and straps so they had obviously gone over it for safety. This is a very honest dealership, good vehichles at good prices. Jon is a pleasure to work with and seals the deal with a handshake. I am extremely pleased with my truck and the experience I had at JPH auto.

I really liked this car lot! Great vehicles, great prices. The owner was super friendly and helpful, not pushy like a typical salesman. I was given a fair trade in for my old car and ended up buying a truck. Even tho I live four hours away I would come back.

Highly recommended. I was looking for a used 4x4 SUV, and this is where I found it. The vehicle's frame, exterior, interior, and engine were all in a great shape for the age & mileage. No pressure to look/ ask questions, all of my questions and concerns were addressed, and the transaction was conducted in a timely manner and enjoyable. Great guys to work with if you are looking for a car. Got a car from them and a week later something happened to the exhaust. When I went back to talk to them, they sent me to their guy. JPH covered the cost of the repair and everything is great now.
