Andy from the Tesla Cleveland, OH service center provided me with honest advice over the phone given his extensive knowledge of Tesla body repair work. I can’t thank him enough for the helpful and insightful guidance he gave to me asking many questions about an estimate received from a certified third party Tesla body shop that just didn’t sound right.

Great staff. Very welcoming! They have a cybertruck on display as of today.

A no pressure experience that allowed me to test drive a Model Y with the kids and their car seats. It was great! We went another direction but I really loved the zero pressure sales pitch. The vehicles sell themselves.

Time and time again I’m super happy with the efficiency and communication in the service center. Especially Paco. I hope to see him every time I get work done on the Model X because he’s always super clear and pleasant to work with. Bravo 👏

Purchase process was nearly done by the time I showed up. People were very nice, welcoming, and organized. In and out without any long chat with "the finance guy".

Had my second test drive today at this location and loved it! The emlpoyees are always polite and greet you with smiles on their faces! The test drive itself was very informative and fun, every question asked is answered passionately. You do not feel pressured to buy the vehicle, but you can enjoy the ride! Very professional but also easy going and fun atmosphere, if that makes sense. Follow-up E-Mail came as soon as I left the store, providing me with an instant contact. Book a test drive and experience it yourself!

Having the opportunity to speak to the mechanic, he shared the pros/ cons of the sedan model to a smaller car that I'd like to purchase in the future. Very pleasant and informative gentleman!!

Got a chance to test drive a Tesla Model 3 at this location. Representatives and sales people were truly amazing and made my intro to the Tesla world an unforgettable experience. Exceptional customer service!

Did a Model Y test drive here back in August 2022. Awesome experience, and friendly staff. Check-in was seamless without any issues. The demo car was clean and clearly well-kept. Fun experience driving to Bob Evans (saved "Work" address) and back. The car was equipped with EAP so I was able to try Navigate on Autopilot on the freeway.

Super fast, good customer service, minimalist feel yet homey! Can't say enough about the cars themselves... Very cool!

My friend came over my house with his new Tesla. Think I "drove" a quarter of a mile with automated driving engaged and I was sold 😂.

So few days later went to Tesla of Cleveland to look at colors, wheels and other items (is the trunk big enough) - and Rebecca and Ashley were awesome.

Very knowledgeable, owned Teslas, and helped me thru every aspect of the purchase (which is done entirely thru the Tesla app).

Can't wait to take delivery of my new model 3 between Oct 2 and 20th!!

Mike c. Showed me how quick and easy everything was through tesla! Easy paperwork fast pickup! May car did have some unexpected paint wear and issues, but Mike had me email him all the issues and each and every concern I had was fixed! I am immeasurably happy with my purchase! I do wish that it were easier to purchase a tesla in michigan though.

After reading several posts sharing their experiences before taking deliveries, my Dad was expecting Tesla folks wouldn't allow us to inspect / access vehicle until we sign all paper work and accept the vehicle, but our BIG surprise nobody prevented us accessing vehicle, we were really happy with our whole delivery it was seamless and Tesla Team at Cleveland were friendly, courteous and were willing to listen, understand and answer my questions.

During our inside / outside inspection didn't find any issue, though while driving on freeway, we heard wind and adjacent vehicles noise inside cabin, and found steering is little bit aligned to the right side and wheels were pulling to the right side. Opened service requests for all issue found while driving.

The Team is very professional and easy to work with. No pushy sales pitches or pressure. By far, the easiest car-buying experience we've ever had

Hands down my best experience at a car dealership. No aggressive sales or pushy feel but Mike was very welcoming, informative and helpful. Loved our test drive and we probably will soon be Tesla owners. Going clean!
