The Balloon Crew was fabulous! Beautiful balloon bouquets were delivered to our event and set in place for us. They made the venue look great and made it so easy on my team.

I contacted the Balloon Crew for our 40th high school reunion. I never planned a big event before, so I needed expert advice and direction and that is exactly what I received from Leigh and her team. They arrived very early the day of the event and when I arrived to begin checking guest in, I was blown away on how they transferred our room, into an amazing spectacle of lights and balloons. It looked magnificent and our committee received so many compliments on how wonderful our banquet room looked. We were 110% pleased with the outcome and transformation. The lighted center pieces were well worth the extra money. We can't thank the Balloon Crew enough for their expertise and professionalism throughout the entire process.

Leigh lead the design team, and the sculptures turned out terrific! Loved the shapes of super round balloons in various sizes. Specially the bigger ones!

The entire team is wonderful! They were easy to work with, helped me stay within budget & bring my vision for a surprise retirement party to life.

I highly recommend the Balloon Crew Cleveland for your next gathering, baby shower or birthday! I am looking forward to working with them again in the future!

Excellent! I must admit I was a bit daunted by the price but when I tell you it was worth every cent, I mean it! The consultations I had with Marina were thorough, patient and pressure free. I truly got the the sense she wanted to help me bring my vision to fruition. Marina was also very reassuring as I was spazzing out about the impending rain. She and Ms Joy were prompt in their arrival! The set up was impeccable. All necessary tools were on hand. The balloons look WAY more amazing in person than any of the pictures. I was beyond pleased and will absolutely recommend this company to anyone asking. Thank you so much for helping me to add this very special and memorable touch to our special day!

We last minute decided to get a balloon arch to accompany our photo backdrop at our wedding in September. It came out beautifully! It does cost a bit but it was very great quality and the designers really work with you to make sure it works with the colors and theme of your event! I would 10/10 recommend!

They really came through when I was in a jam over the holiday weekend. I purchased balloons and needed someones help to inflate, assemble and deliver to a baby shower. Next time will be purchasing everything for my event through them. Marina my installer was awesome!!!!

I love working with Jacquie and her crew. She worked with me as we brainstormed some decor ideas and she shared some ideas to help me get the look and feel I was hoping for. Holiday weekend + best friends 40th birthday = sheer panic to find something amazing! Marina was more than accommodating, and even tho we didn't get to have the extravagant party we wanted, our cake table balloon display was PERFECT. Super responsive, helpful and VERY reasonably priced. Will definitely use The Balloon Crew for future celebrations, big or small!

I have been using Balloon Crew for any birthday celebration I have for friends and family! They have always been so great and accommodating. I recently called during the restrictions of businesses due to covid and they were still open and serving cupcakes with their bouquets for any type of celebrations! I really enjoyed working with Jacquie and having her give me some ideas for my friend’s birthday. They did this awesome birthday buddy bouquet and it was just such a hit with my friend and his family. Balloon Crew was super easy to work with and gave me updates when it was delivered! I know I will continue to use their services for any sort of celebration I may have in Cleveland!

Balloon Crew did a quick turnaround to provide balloons for our return to office event and they turned out great! Number balloons, and garland and bouquets were better than we could have imagined!
