Brown Derby Lyndhurst

Aye foodies!!! So my wife and I went for our anniversary lunch and I must say it was pretty good. We've been here before so we already knew the food was good. Never had the drink though so I was pleasantly surprised when the waiter brought out this tall drink. It's called the brown derby grog I believe and it's damn good! Compliments to the mixologist lol... The steak and ribs were tender and cooked correctly.. the meat practically feel off the bone, the loaded mashed had all the right fixins... Great atmosphere, we could hear each other talk even though the bar had the browns game on. Overall, I'd recommend! 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

still tender and juicy. Both Lobster 🦞 tails were also perfect 👌 and tasted fresh the sides were great 👍 too would go again and recommend!!

Brown Derby is iconic when it comes to steak. With several different types of steak offered, as well as ribs, limited seafood and other succulent options, you will NOT be disappointed. I am a huge fan of salad and their house salad ranks right up there.

I love eating here. I order the salmon broccoli and mashed potatoes. Omg....it was delicious. I tried to take home but I was so drunk off the long island iced tea that I left my food boxed up on the table...moving along to that long island......whoa it was good as ever. I meet a guy named Rich at the bar and he told me to add lime to go with the lemon that came with and it was ever so tasty.🤪. Great restaurant. Great food. Great drinks. Oh...also the mudslide is the bomb. It's nice and strong

Service was lovely our waitress was just to adorable the food was amazing omg that steak was literally heaven we will definitely be back soon this is most definitely our new favorite place for date night

This was my first time at Brown Derby. Our server, Chelsea, was phenomenal. We had a group of 7 for a birthday celebration. The food was excellent. I had a grilled steak salad which was huge. Everyone was happy with their food and Chelsea.

Tommy at the bar is wonderful! kim as a waitress is patient, kind and knows how to please and manuever anyone through the menu,she deserves a pay raise!!!

The staff and waitress provided excellent service. The following items were order at our table: T-bone steak, sweet potatoe, and the salad was enough for two people. Ribs, broccoli, baked potato, Grilled shrimp dinner with broccoli and sweet potato, chicken wings, french fries, hamburger and french fries. Everyone enjoyed there meal. The broccoli was cooked perfect and looked so fresh. The manager came over to our table to confirm everything was delicious we had no complaints.

Only had 1 bad meal here and management took care of it. Meal today was 100% perfect for waitress to meal tip her well.

Hadn't been in a long time. Service was awesome. Our server, Sandy, was incredible; personable, funny and efficient. Had the T-bone special. It was cooked to perfection. Can't beat the prices!

Lunch was great. There was just four of us and we were seated right away. Our server immediately took our drink and appetizer orders. The drinks arrived right away and the appetizers didn't take long either. Our meals were brought out in a timely manner and never once did we feel rushed. Without even asking, our server brought drink refills and I'm sorry I didn't catch her name to give her kudos publicly. My husband and I don't usually spend this type of money eating out but we do splurge occasionally and I'm glad he chose the Brown Derby

Pretty good. We had a friendly server (Kim) who took good care of us. We needed to switch table sizes 3 times because of our dinner guests, and she and the manager accommodated us with no problem 👍. The food was great.

We were celebrated my moms surprise birthday dinner at Brown Derby,She didn't want a fancy place and she wanted "regular food". The food was good and came promptly.The atmosphere was warm and inviting.Although we were near the entrance the teaffic was not noticed, we had a great view of the fireplace.They accommodated our large party and our activities.We did try to give advance notice but they didnt take reservations. I appreciate the guests at nearby tables who were very understanding.Our server was great! I hate they didn't accommodate our severs assignment much, but we definitely showed gratitude through tips.Thanks again Brown Derby!

I ordered a steak and it was perfectly cooked medium well with grill marks. It was also well seasoned and the flavors was seared in as a good steak should be. We had a party of 8-10 people and our waiter took great care of us and ensured that we were happy with everything.

I haven't been there for 5 years and it is still the same. I had ribs and it was very good. Everyone else enjoyed their meal that I was with. Steaks are great too. They are a good steak house with meals that you can count on . Huge proportions and nice atmosphere. What more do you want???

My first experience at this iconic restaurant with friends. Wait time for order was not long at all. Great selection of entrees. Food was cooked properly to my satisfaction. Our waitress was fabulous and deserved every penny of her 20% tip. Will return in future.

One thing I can always count on is a great meal at Brown Derby Lyndhurst!! 💯 Their signature gigantic baked potato did not disappoint along with grilled shrimp and broccoli!!🥦 Our server Lauren was attentive and available. The manager came over to say hello and to ensure we were satisfied with our meals. We were and kudos to the staff at Brown Derby!!💯

First time here. Found it clean and friendly! Food was very good and fix correctly - a big plus! Our server was outstanding! She saw we were not in a hurry and let us relax and enjoy our dinning experience! Yes, we will be returning!
