As I watched my nephews trial today via streaming,as I live in Cleveland. Richard Smith,family already knew. As his defense attorney,I must say how impressed I was and still am at your preperation,attentiveness to your client and as I was live streaming,Sir you are a defense attorney to be reckoned with. I appreciate all you did for my nephew and as our family knew justice would prevail,As I told RJ today after the trial,I was very impressed with your courtroom experience. I pray for all involved and hope they get the proper help needed.But our family is indebted to you and your knowledge and research in this case. Thank you very much.

Got a couple dismissals and an amended charge when my cases were handled by Matt very honest and I felt safe in his care

Very thorough with my case. Staff was also always helpful and polite. Matt seemed like the type of attorney you hope to find. Honest, but to the point. Will do what's right, and what's fair.

Mr. Matthew Dawson did a great job defending my case!! Was very thorough and proactive in getting things handled!! It came down to the last day before trial but he ended up getting my 4 charges dismissed!! Thank You Matt!!

Ultimately the case was dismissed. However, I don't feel that Mr. Dawson cared about the outcome for me at all. I ended up signing paper work in regards to an incident that I was completely innocent on. I wasn't forced, but it would have helped if he had advocated for me a little more.

Horrible communication skills in and out of court. Puts his and the judge interest before your own. The definition of corrupt and will railroad you the first chance he gets.

Does not care about his client's well being.... If this guy is your court appointed lawyer you're as good as guilty Avoid at all costs

I have called for 3 weeks every day left messages. If he is that busy I don't think he has time for more clients

Did absolutely NOTHING on time as he said he would. Don't waste your money. You can do better.
