Al's Mr. Tire

Called in the morning about getting a tire I had received as a gift for my van put on the front drivers side , and how much it would cost , he told me the gentleman on the phone was very polite and nice the entire conversation.. he told me how much it would be for the tire to be mount and balanced and put back on 26 plus tax.!!! GREAT PRICING! Considering other places were giving me a hard time about putting on a different tire and not buying from them!Fast forward to I wasn't feeling good so I waited to get my son from school to go have it changed. I didn't realize the time when I got there until inside it was about 4:30. Gentleman came in and asked what I needed help with and I told him and said I was sorry it was so late and if they didn't have time to do it I understood. But without hesitation he said they had time and could do it. So he came out with me and grabbed my new tire and told me where to park my car for them to do it. So I did. Took all of about 15 minutes for them to do the tire and they also aired up the other three for me!!!!!! Once done I paid and told them how much I appreciated them doing that. And said to stop by the big apple cafe and their breakfast is on me !!!! For helping me close to closing time!!!! And also for being so kind to my son and I! Everyone who was working today!!!!! Will definitely be back in the future for any of my tire needs !!!! WONDERFUL experience!!!! A wonderful place !!!! They also weren't trying to get me to buy any new tires but simply said if I needed them In the future to come back and we would see what they could do! They weren't trying to get me to do anything extra then what I came in there needing !!!! You guys were absolutely great !!! And I'm so glad I was recommended here !!! I will be spreading my word to everyone about this place !

I love this place I had limited time pulled my car in there and within a half an hour I was checking out! Reasonably priced... Polite staff👍👍

As a mother of 3 little girls and two jobs this place was quicker than quick. They were able to get me in last minute and saved the day. This may be just a tire shop but these people put others first. I can’t thank them enough for how much they have helped me.

The guys got me right in, and out quickly. Reasonable cost too. Friendly staff. Long time business in downtown Newark. I took a couple tires in today that were off of a lawn cart that needed new inner tubes and tires and they were able to put the new tires on for me. Saved me a lot of money in the long run. 👍

A really nice place to get tires. The employees are super. Its has that small town feel. No problems at all. Modest prices make it even better. Tires were ready when promised. I will be getting more tires there soon

Everytime I stop in who ever helps me has been very friendly and helpful. They seem fair on their pricing and do not over repair. The last time I was in there, he told me what he recommended and what wasn't needed. Did not try to upsell at all. Was very HONEST. Products and services have been of outstanding quality.

They gave me great same day service at a fair price

I had a flat tire and went in to the shop hoping they could throw a used one on until I was ready to replace all the tires at once.
Not only were they fast with getting me scheduled, they were courteous and honest. They had told me they could patch my current tire due to the flat being caused by a screw and that my current tire was almost in better shape than the one they had to replace it.
Not only did they patch my tire, they told me that if it gave me further issues to come back.
I was so thankful for their fast, honest service. I have found my new mechanics.

These guys were great! They even walked across the street to the shop where my car was being repaired and drove it over to their place to replace the tires, saving me a trip into town. This is a family owned shop and are really friendly, especially Jake. The prices were really affordable as well. We will definitely look at them for future tire needs.

Been coming here for a few years they always have friendly knowledgeable staff and great prices. We have a Mazda 3 and they were able to get a new tire put on same day for $84. They also have used tires at the best price around. I always recommend them to anyone looking for a tire.

I've been here twice for flat/damaged tires, and I won't ever be going anywhere else. Both times I've been here I've been taken care of quickly for a great price. Today I was in for a flat, bottom line, they fixed it and I was in and out in under 30 minutes for less than 25 dollars. They've won themselves a customer for life.
