Wonderful people to do business with! They always go out of their way to help you select the flooring you want, even ordering a sample of a carpet I was interested in. Their installation crew is top notch and very professional. We have purchased carpet from them twice in a 6-month period and could not be happier with their work.

The prices are competitive, communication from the office team is good, guys show up on time, work hard, and flooring looks great. We had a fabulous experience ordering our new bedroom carpet from Burton Carpet Shoppe. The order came in in a very timely manner and the installation was perfect. The crew that did the install were respectful of our home and took great care of our furniture. The installation was well done and accomplished in a reasonable amount of time. I was impressed by the care they took moving our furniture and they even helped repair a piece that was damaged years ago in our move to this home. That is excellent service with extra TLC added.

She helped me find carpet that fit my budget and explained to me the ins and outs of measuring, carpet repeat etc. Scheduling the install was not a problem and the installers were fabulous! Staff in the store and the installers were kind, friendly and knowledgeable. In the store they were very patient with my fiancé and I as we picked which color and type of carpeting we wanted for our master. Not only did the carpet come in quick, but we were able to get scheduled for install quickly. The installation team was prompt and kind, especially as our dog was trying to get a peak of the progress! We will definitely be back to have our other bedrooms carpeted with the Burton Carpet Shoppe!

My experience with Burton Carpet was wonderful from start to finish. The ladies in the store were very helpful and patient when it came to choosing my carpet. They came out quickly to measure and the men that came to lay the carpet were hard working and great at what they do. We basically had our entire house done and I am extremely happy.

Burton carpet was a wonderfull business to work with on our home flooring project. Start to finish our expectations were well exceeded. Having never purchased flooring for a home before, my wife and I visited the showroom to pick out samples and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable at helping us pick good quality and color choices to blend the three different types of flooring we planned on having in our home. They were very quick to come out to our home to give us an estimate and once we accepted the estimate they very graciously worked us quickly into there very busy schedule so that we could have floor and move into our new to us home. The install crew was extremely neat, courteous and Profesional and took time to make sure we approved of all phases of the install. They also showed up every day on time and completed the project within the estimated time window.
