I took my vehicle to Mid City due to hail damage. Mid City, (Brandon) handled everything that needed done, including Dent Solutions and my insurance. Not only did Mid City do an amazing job they exceeded my expectations. When I picked up my vehicle it literally looked like it did when I bought it new, INSIDE and OUT. Hopefully I won’t need to, but if I do need future body work they definitely would be my first call.

I’ve used Mid City twice over the past several years. Their attention to detail is unmatched. They strive for perfection. I had a deer literally roll down the side of my Nissan. Better than new. When I got the car back it was perfect. They clean the car up, very close to a full detail before you pick it up. Their customer service and care is remarkable.

Had work done on RAV 4 after being rear-ended out of state. . They were the insurance carrier’s(USAA) choice in Central Ohio, and glad they were. Good reputation, quality work, and less than 2 miles from home. There was a delay in getting car in, and once in, delays with receiving parts, but all due to pandemic consequences that we find ourselves still in. But they kept me updated.

Very friendly and courteous from the very first meeting and throughout the process, from the front desk on to the garage. Would not hesitate at all using them again. Hopefully, will not have to!

This shop was highly recommended to our family by our insurance provider. We’ve heard horror stories about the industry taking 8 to 12 weeks to repair a car. This didn’t happen to us here. They kept us informed and the car was ready 4 days earlier than the 3 weeks that was estimated. I hope not to have to use them again (no one likes car accidents) but will definitely go back if needed.

Made the whole process easy and completed in a timely manner. Car was returned repaired and detailed. Looks great.

Great experience!! Came in with a slight bend in my fender and chipped paint, we were just looking for an estimate, but Chip took it back to look at it and fixed it within a couple minutes for free. He even touched up the paint!! They took care of me, beyond my expectations and have just earned a new customer for life. These guys are great, will 100% recommend them to others!!

Mid City was wonderful! The staff was friendly and patient. They answered any questions I had and made me feel comfortable. They inspired trust in them and the process - I knew they would take great care of me and my car, and they did!

I went to Mid-City after I hit a deer. I went and had an estimate done on my vehicle. I was told up front that the cost may be higher due to the way my car is built and the further damage that may be found. The got my car in on the day they said it would. The called me 2 days after I dropped it off and said that a part that they needed for my repair had come in damaged and they communicated that to me along with a potential delay and new expected date for it to be ready. My car was ready on that day and I think they did an excellent job on my repairs and cleaned my car and made it look brand new again. I will always recommend Mid-City!
