Josh did a wonderful job getting my new accounts set-up since I just moved from SC to WI. He asked good questions to ensure he had all the information about my new home and transfer of my auto insurance to make sure I was properly covered. He was friendly and professional and I feel I am in good hands signing on with their agency.

We’ve been with Corinne Malone’s agency for many years. It gives us a piece of mind to have an insurance team we can trust. We’ve worked with Melissa, Kathy and Josh. They are always responsive, professional and answer any questions we might have. Recently I suggested to my dad to switch to State Farm and we worked with Josh. He handled everything to our satisfaction and was always happy to answer any follow up questions we had.

I was shopping around for another auto insurance provider and was referred to this agency. I worked with Josh at the office and he has been very helpful. When I call their office, a real person answers the phone right away, and they are ready, willing, and able to help me. Claims that I have made in the past have gone smoothly and quickly. Nothing is worse than having a faceless company that doesn't really care about you, making a bad situation like a car accident even harder to deal with. That's why I like state farm, they really care about customer satisfaction and helping their clients.
