Nice little fusian taco restaurant/bar - obviously I don't know how to describe it! But the margaritas were generous, the guac was solid and the tacos were eclectic and yummy. The ceviche was just ok though. My friend ordered a chimichanga and it was enormous! They were able to seat our party of 9 all in one booth. Also, try the sauces on the table, the mango was delicious!

This is my favorite restaurant in Delaware and in my top 5 in Central Ohio. Every dish I have had here has been top notch with great flavor and execution.

This is a small place, but it is very cozy. I really enjoy the pork tacos, they're delicious! You can always have a good time here even with people you don't even know. Staff as well as patrons and new visitors are welcoming and friendly. Place has always been clean, good food, and great staff. There is parking everywhere in downtown, on the street as well as public parking out back.

I just love going to this place, they never disappoint us. We sat outside, it was a beautiful evening to do this. I had the taco salad with steak, it was delicious. The steak was tasty and tender and there was plenty of salad to go around. He had the meatloaf with corn on the cobb...guys, that corn was great!!

The chef's crispy pork belly taco is amazing. I've had it delivery and now in the restaurant. Love the flavor combinations here, as well as the small, almost divey atmosphere. The waitresses/bartenders were attentive and kind (I got the Paloma, it's a heavy pour!) Definitely will order here again

Quaint restaurant with delicious food for date night. The bar/restaurant is small, but with a cozy feel. We enjoyed drinks and dinner at the bar while listening to locals talk to the bartenders like old friends. The chicken burrito was the Best burrito I have ever had. Their Mexican menu was simple, but contained everything we wanted in a Mexican menu. They also offered non-traditional Mexican items, like the bison burger that was one of the specials. Definitely will be going back! Only thing is, I wouldn't want to bring my little kids there. Maybe to eat outside, but the inside gives too much opportunity for them to be too loud and wild and disturb the whole restaurant.

One of our favorite spots! We first discovered 12 West a few years ago and fell in love with the fish & chips special. Sweet potato fries are SO good. My new favorite is the blackened shrimp street burrito, but the key is to get it smothered. Delicious!!

Great waitress, very nice too. The immediate reaction to the food is "oh this is going to suck" and then you try it and the interesting and bold flavors and textures come out of the food and, just, wow. I had a chalupa. It's a Mexican dish but it had an American tasting type of chicken and cooked cabbage. It had nice sauce on it too. The thing is I hate cabbage so when I cut my food open and saw purple I though my lunch was ruined. Boy was I wrong! It was great! Somehow they made it so perfectly that I absolutely loved it. There were good sauces and mango hot sauce on the side was a great touch. Such an incentive, creative restaurant, that doesn't call itself "hip" or "new" just for serving kale and steak sliders or some other hipster monstrosity lol. I will go to this place next time I go to Delaware.

This is our favorite restaurant in Delaware. My wife and I come here regularly. Food is great. Margaritas are good. My only complaint is that the building needs to be three times as big for more seating.

Magic margaritas! They go down so smooth and pack such a punch! I am in love with the surf and turf and bang bang shrimp tacos. I seriously crave them. The tacos are incredible but too expensive to eat them as often as I would like to.

I work two store fronts up from this amazing little gem. The Menu is small, (they always have a daily special to keep variety), and the food is always consistent. 12 West also tweak their menu every season, this adds variety to frequent clients.
Speaking of frequent clients; many of the people who work in town go there daily. 12 West has quickly grown to be a local meeting place. The environment is very posh and clean. The prices are extremely reasonable. You can also get in and out pretty quickly if in a hurry.
Key points :
1. It is a southwest restaurant not a Mexican. I didn't know the difference till I tried 12 West. Strangely enough I can't verbalize it, however there is definitely a difference. Also don't expect tortilla chips at your table. That doesn't bother me but I have had a few people mention it. I always say they offer it as a menu item.
2. As of May 2015 the restaurant did not not have liquor on Sundays. However, all week they have a full bar. 12 West are known to have amazing Margaritas. This means to me they pack a punch and they aren't blended.
3. My favorite thing is the Tacos. The Tacos are sold individually, and they have a variety to choose from. The Chicken is my personal favorite.
Over all I see many of 12 West patrons. at the salon I work at and everyone just loves it.

Really good tacos and burritos. I had a vegetarian taco which was delicious with the roasted broccoli and a blackened shrimp burrito which I will definitely get again. The atmosphere is really cool and wasn't too busy during a 5pm Sunday dinner.

Food is excellent and this restaurant has new culinary ideas and specials frequently. Service is always very pleasant. While the space is quite small, it adds to the "local establishment" atmosphere that helps makes this place a favorite.

Great little gem in downtown Delaware. Favorite thing is the pork belly tacos, but everything i have tried has been very good. Staff is always very friendly and the atmosphere is cozy. very reasonably priced.

Amazing! Loved the food had the steak chimicanga and the jalapeno popers which were both perfect. The strawberry margaritas are addicting! The place is small but worth the wait. Walk in and sit any where because this place has very good food.

12 West is one of our favorite places to eat. Everything we have eaten has been wonderful. The staff is very friendly and efficient. We've sampled a lot of things from the menu, and cocktails and craft beers, and we've yet to be disappointed. The menu is small-ish, which may turn some off, but it's varied enough that most will find something yummy to eat and I think it helps keep the quality up when a kitchen isn't trying to master 30 different entres.

The only knock on this place is that it is small. With limited seating and high popularity, it is often crowded and has a wait. The small size also helps with the quality of the food as the kitchen is small and doesn't have a freezer, so food comes in and goes out every day.

Superb presentation and absolutely delicious marrying of flavors! Perfect portion sizes, excellent service. Short wait time, and the staff is very accommodating. One of Delaware's best little places to eat.

The food is always great! I am not sure how they get so much flavor packed into everything. Nice atmosphere. One of my favorite places to go.

I love this place. Great food and great drinks. Every time we go there is only one server but she does a good job and is very friendly. Will keep coming for sure

We randomly stumbled into 12 West this evening after being ignored at Smohked next door lol. We could not have been happier with the outcome! Alyssa greeted us the instant we walked in and we were seated. We got the nachos with steak as an appetizer. Hands down, it was THE BEST nachos we've actually ever had!! Yummm!
We ended up splitting a blackened shrimp burrito and chicken enchiladas! Ridiculously good and ridiculously filling, haha. Ended the meal with a cheesecake chimichanga that was topping wth strawberry drizzle! Oooh my lanta were our tummy's happy! And 10 stars for Alyssa, not only was she the only waitress there during a Sunday rush, she didn't seemed phased by it, big smile on her face, amazing mini conversations, and she anticipated the customers needs. She was on it! I don't think I've ever been quite as impressed as I was tonight. Thank you for an amazing first impression, we will DEFINITELY be back!
