The staff here are great! Professional and polite. The service here is amazing as well, I brought my car in for some rear suspension work, an oil change, and a set of new tires and they had me in and out in just a few hours! This place can’t be beat. I will be coming back here again

Came in with no appointment needing an alignment, they got me in very quickly and were very professional. Not even any hubub like I usually get from shops that are afraid to work on it because it's a German car. They even checked the suspension first, since if there's something worn or loose, there's no point in doing an alignment. It's a good thing too, because they found a problem I didn't know about, but fortunately was able to run home and quickly rectify so the job could be completed. There are sadly some shops out there that would not have done this and taken my money for a poor job that wouldn't have been right; not here. In fact, after checking my suspension over completely and then putting the car on the alignment machine to check the measurements, after they found everything to be in specification already, they didn't even charge me. I was absolutely blown away. Definitely seems like a top-notch operation that genuinely wants to give their customers their best. They will be, without question, my first call next time I need any auto work done.

Quick, friendly, and convenient service. My car was overdue for an oil change. I called on a Sat morning and they got me in within the hour. I will be using them again. Great service .

I don't know much about cars but I'm sure the repair was fine. The real star of the show is the cat. It will jump on you and demand snuggles.

Went to patch my tires early Saturday morning. Absolutely amazing experience. Very nice atmosphere and energy. There are 2 cats to company you while you wait. Service was quick as and amazing. If i ever need any service that they offer, I'll be back 100% Highly recommended. Nice to see good customer service when its a rare thing these days.

Fantastic experience, they were willing to see me on short notice when I needed a car inspected that I was looking to purchase. No charge and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. There are also two adorable cats, Kendall and Wrangler, that certainly made the wait time, which was short as they were able to see me earlier than my scheduled appointment, very pleasant. Would absolutely come here again.

Mound City has been my go to place for the past 5 years. The Team there is alway willing to go the extra mile and teach you about your vehicle. I have had oil changes, multiple new set of tires, filter changes, tire rotations, and tiring puncture fixes. I just call down and they make the time. I highly recommend you go see Eric and Bud!

Recently I needed to have my brakes replaced so I took my car to my favorite shop, Mound City Tire. The guys have taken care of all of my mechanical service on my old Tahoe and my maintenance on my newer GMC.
