Was in a tough spot and needed a tire quickly. Called down to see if they had a set in my size. The gentleman went and looked through the entire stock and found a set and was able to get them switched out with in the hour. Outstanding customer service and very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

Never usually write a review but these guys really hold up to the name good guys. They fixed my car faster then the other mechanic I saw. They were RIGHT on it in the beginning they called me updated me on whats going on THAT is how you run a business Good Guys is HIGHLY recommended by me if you need your car fixed.

The name holds true: These guys really are "Good Guys!" James and his team clearly explained why I had uneven tire wear and presented me with multiple tire options for my vehicle. The price of repairs was very cost-effective and even less than I expected. They took the time to show me what was causing the issues I was experiencing and provided sound advice on how to properly maintain my vehicle in the future. They really went above and beyond to help me and answered every question I had. They should rename this place "Great Guys Garage" because that is what they are. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a reputable mechanic and honest advice.

I have dealt with Marcus for a couple years. Has always done right by me. If there is something i need to get done he will do his best to get me taken care of.

After calling my regular oil change company and experiencing rude customer service, lack of respect for a loyal customer, and unwillingness to help, I reached out to friends to ask for recommendations. A trusted friend told me to call Good Guys and ask for James. I did call them and James answered. He was super friendly from the start and very accommodating. He told me to head right down and they’d be able to change my oil. He explained everything to me and let me know they’d do nothing without my permission. The customer service skills he displayed were top notch. I found my new company due to the way I was spoken to and the timeliness of the staff. Kindness and great service all around go a long way. I went to Good Guys looking for tires. I was greeted at the door by friendly professional staff. They immediately looked up what size my Nitro needed and then took me back and showed me the actual tires they had in stock. They gave me a price for the tires and also with an alignment. There was never any pressure to purchase anything extra. I waited and they put the tires on right then. Up front and honest about the pricing. About an hour or so later I was driving down the road with my new tires. I would highly recommend this shop.

A trustworthy place to get our car and truck fixed. I can always count on James and Marcus to get me in for an oil change, basic repair/maintenance or new tires. They really are the Good Guys:)

I called in last minute so have brake work done. They were very nice, very punctual. And very professional. They were very accommodating to work on a nitrous charged vehicle. And quoted me 400$ less then anyone else in the in Ohio. Thank you you guys so much, for getting me in!!!!!!!

Had the best price for my size 20 rim tires. Was able to get them next day and have them put on! They did amazing process was very simple and they all was so friendly!! They definitely got my business from here on out!

I shopped around and found there prices for tires are very competitive , they installed 4 Courser Quest Mastercraft Tires ( made by Cooper Tire). I am very happy with the tires. They preform as Stated by the owner, James, good guys.
They did a tire allignment. The car now tracts straight as an arrow when I take my hands off the wheel. Good Job.
They replaced the cabin filter.
They also replaced all my break pads . They where $25 less exspensive, per axle, than Midas. very competitive.
They garantee the brakes for life
the tires are 70k tread life.
