Sarah was Amazing...I was having a bad day where everything that could go wrong that day went wrong except for me calling Wheeland Plumbing & Drain Service to make an appointment for my has leak. We had just had the energy co-op out to shut off the gas and then our front door would not shut.
When talking to Sarah she went over and beyond and gave 200% Service. She called me 3 times keeping me in the loop and letting me know when the guys would be out. They made it to the house first thing in the morning. She made me feel like I was their only customer with the service she and the company provided to me...
The experience was amazing from start to finish. The guys that came out Kyle and another guy also communicated on what they found and I feel they made it very easy on me so I ended up with having less on my plate to deal with. The energy co-op came back while they was still here. And our gas was fixed and we was back up and running.
They even took it one step further and fixed our front door.

His professionalism and kindness were truly remarkable, and he even took the time to engage with my excited 5-year-old, patiently explaining each step of the process. Big shoutout to everyone at Wheeland Plumbing (Sarah, Kyle, Cody, Lester, Brandon). We recently purchased a 100 year old home and our inspection had ~10 plumbing problems that needed to be addressed. Everything from corrosion damage to water lines, sump pump replacement, galvanized pipe replacement, new garbage disposal, etc..

Luckily our realtor recommended Wheeland Plumbing - I gave them a call and they had someone out within a few days. Kyle walked around the whole property and went through everything with me 1-by-1, adding more context to the inspection report (since this is his specialty). He was very friendly and professional and had a great attitude. He wanted to make sure everything was quality, and let me know he didn't work on commission.

On the day of the big job I wasn't able to be at the house, I called and heard that everything went great. When I had the chance to see all the work, I was blown away. There was all new pex, toilets and sinks worked perfect. Everything looked new, nice, and professional.

Big thank you to everyone on the team that worked hard all day so that we could transform this old 100 year old house and bring it up to date! I'll be calling you in the future!

Brandon showed up early, which is amazing. Cleared our basement drain in such a fast time. No heavy equipment needed, so no scuffs on the stairs or floors. He cleaned and put things back as they were. Definitely would recommend!

Zach recently installed a new water softener in my home. He was very prompt & professional and we could not be happier with it! Zach previously did a bathroom remodel for us that turned out amazing. I would recommend Zach and Wheeland Plumbing to anyone!!

Wheeland Plumbing & Drain Services is the best family owned company I have worked with! They have done work at my past 3 homes and their customer service is excellent. I recommend them to all of my friends and family in the Columbus/Newark area. Every person on their team is knowledgeable and professional from the office team to the plumbers. They have great pricing and always work to get me on their schedule if I need them. I had a leak at my new house and they were able to get Dallas out immediately, he took care of fixing my disposal drain and made sure I had not issues. I am always pleased with their work and use them whenever I need a plumber. I would highly recommend them.

We exclusively use Wheeland for our residential plumbing issues. They have proven many times over to be reliable, affordable, and professional. We cannot recommend them more highly. This has been especially important for us as our home is almost 100 years old and the occasional plumbing issue is our normal. Basically trust Wheeland because they’ll do a great job!

A great company who gets the job done! We had an emergency repair while on vacation but thankfully our son was home. Wheeland Plumbing was called and they were able to temporarily fix the problem while heading out to get parts. Problem was resolved in a quick and professional manner at a very affordable price. All of the Wheeland Plumbing staff I’ve dealt with were very professional, nice, and knowledgeable. The plumbers were great & very reasonably priced. There’s a very sweet lady that sits right by the door when you walk into the office, she definitely needs a raise for a always being so helpful & awesome.

Brandon from Wheeland Plumbing and Drain Service came out first thing this morning and was amazing! Our issue certainly did not make his job easy but he was so polite and came up with a great solution and now we are back in business! Excellent customer service to which I will be loyal for that reason alone!! I also want to add....I called 8 plumbers last night and Wheeland was the only company to answer their phone. I am still waiting on the others to call me back so I can tell them thanks, but no thanks. Thank you all so much!!
