I can not share enough the outstanding customer service shown to my brother recently by Mike's Roofing. When my brother's roof had a leak that needed prompt attention they came right out, surveyed the problem and had a repair in place the same day. They were professional, courteous and pleasant. From start to finish they were great. Nick and Ray were there when you needed them. Whenever I called and had questions they were great and very professional. I would do business with them again. They did an excellent job and explained everything that they were going to do. Very understanding when it came to dealing with the insurance companies when it came to time lines.

Everything went great with them. From the first call through the finished installation. They were responsive and answered every question I had. The installation went efficiently and everybody was polite and considerate of flowers we had. Would gladly use them again.

Although i read several reviews and a negative one about the workers being contracted in and not employees of Mike's roofing , it does not bother me that Mike's may be a middle man for work as long as they stand behind the work and the workers that do the work. From what i can see, my roof was done perfect and i dont have to worry about it for several years now that i have a new shingled covering. Thanks for the great job!

We had our roof replaced a couple of weeks ago, on our family home by Mike’s Roofing. They were on time each of the two days it took to replace the roof. Great Team of people to work with. Every step of the way and every employee I spoke with was extremely helpful and pleasant. I had siding, exterior trim, vinyl stone siding, fascia, gutters and gutter guards installed. The house looks better then it ever has and all our neighbors and friends keep complimenting the improvements. I would highly recommend Mike's Roofing.

Mike's Roofing did a great job on our house. They were clear about what to expect and about timing, and they came through as communicated. Mike also walked us through the selection process for our new roofing and siding materials, pointed out possible issues to consider and doesn't try to sell us the highest priced items. We're really like Mike and his team and recommend them for your riding and siding needs.

I am very satisfied and pleased with Mike's roofing from start to finish. I received an estimate quickly that was very reasonable. The following week the crew came to begin work on my house and garage. They were finished within 2 days. The crew was very courteous and polite and when the work was completed, they cleaned up the property leaving nothing behind. I highly recommend this company

Recently had our 20 year old 2 story home resided with replacement vinyl siding. Large home with siding on 3 sides; stone front. We received a reasonable estimate and an explanation of how things worked from Nick at Mike's Roofing. Cost was lower than other estimates we received although the same material would be used essentially. After confirming the work with Mike's and sending in a down payment, the crew arrived at our home within a day to start work. Crew was very friendly and showed consideration for the landscaping they had to work around. Actual siding removal and replacement took 3 working days. Crew cleaned up old siding and hauled it away. Did their best to pick up nails and minor debris; very little left after the job was done. New siding looks gorgeous! Much more professional look than the original. Better quality material and simply installed much better. I built the house new and it looks better now than when finished in 1998. Steve Harsh was the crew lead and he was easy to talk to and made sure his crew did a good job. Thank Steve. Very happy overall with our experience with Mike's Roofing. It is a pretty big expense overall but well worth it to us.

Mike's replaced our existing roof and worked with us while we found someone to replace our brick chimneys. They were patient and understanding. Once the chimneys were complete, Mike's replaced the roof. They did a great job, cleaned up well, and communicated well.

Great customer service. Gave a prompt estimate. Went over in great detail what they felt needed to be done. Answered all questions and worked with me to lower the price. Used top-quality products. Didn't make me wait months to do the job. Completed job within three weeks of giving me the estimate and two weeks of me telling them I wanted them to roof my home. Only took three days to finish a two-day job with rain falling two of the three days--cutting the work day short. Cleaned everything up each day for a multiple-day job, and left my yard and gardens as they were when they arrived. All of my neighbors have commented how quiet they were. A great company with great people. No high-pressure sales unlike the other companies that I received quotes from. They will work with your budget and do quality work. I can't recommend them highly enough.
