Jen & Mike are AMAZING! I found this place only by working nearby. They are extremely competitive with pricing. Go above and beyond with the customer service and are just great, honest people. I will continue to travel here for service from Trevor. Well worth the 25 min drive! When toyota over tightened the oil cap, and it was damaged while trying to remove. They replaced the oil cap with a better quality one at their expense. One of my rims is dented. And my husband didn't want to have mismatched rims or have to replace them all. Jen took a picture, and said, "It doesn't hurt to look. I like a challenge. We have place around the country to look." 2 days she sent me a message that she located one! The Google reviews speak for themselves! You will definitely be a long time customer of this veteran family owned business.

Before my move I made an appointment at this shop, one I've never been to before. I wasn't sure what to expect but was blown away by the customer service, accommodation while I waited and communication on the work I needed done. They were more than willing to explain to me what they planned to do and ask me what I exactly wanted done before doing it. The pricing was very fair and if I could I would absolutely return to this shop. Thank you for your service! and especially a huge thank you to the kind soul who covered the cost of my repair, ill never forget that.

I have used Veteran Vehicle Repair several times since moving to the area; the latest visit was for an oil change. During the very frigid weather, I was unable to find a gas station with a working air pump to put air in my tires because the cold air prevented the pumps from working at several gas
stations.
I went to Veteran Vehicle Repair intending to pay them to put badly needed air in my tires with their indoor air pumps. They refused to accept payment for filling my tires, and said that they had visits from several other people for the same reason. I thought this was very nice of them. They are friendly and efficient. My visits have all been quick and easy. I would recommend this business for your auto repairs.

The owners are incredibly kind, reasonable, honest and knowledgeable! Haven't had better customer service anywhere before. They were fairly and honest about prices and took the time to break everything down for me! Can't recommend this place enough and they have earned another loyal customer!

Veterans is a first class auto repair business. My experience on two occasions could not have gone better. They are very thorough and super friendly. They also saved me money on both occasions.

I've just come across this place and decided to try them because I want to support our veterans. Unfortunately, our government doesn't do a great job of supporting them so we the people need to do our best to hire veterans and patronize veteran-owned businesses.

There is a reason these guys have an outstanding reputation. Our car broke down on our anniversary. Stranded, and an hour from home, we limped the SUV here. They checked it out, and there was no saving it.

They gave us a quote, but honestly told us that it wasn't worth the money to fix, because it was rusting out. They let us stay there while we were waiting for a ride, and even offered to drive us to get something to eat, if we needed!

Family ran business on the near edge of Lake Geneva. The owner operator is a military veteran building a business in a personal way. My repair was a complicated multiple oil leak situation. Despite being a little short of the mileage to change the timing chain it was suggested it was a good idea and agreed it was sensible decision in view of future cost. The time for changing the timing chain was not charged!

This company is A very good alternative to the traditional places to take your car in Walworth County and a Vet trying to build a family firm.
