Staff was very friendly. Jon Wagner and staff took care of the services for my father 4 years ago and did a fabulous job for him so I went to him and Criss Wagner Hoskinson for my mother’s services as well earlier this month. They even provided Chips Ahoy cookies to celebrate my mom as that was her favorite cookie. Staff offered the family to stay later if needed beyond her calling hours. We were all very pleased with the care they provided for my dad and then my mom. Highly recommend.

My Mother passed away November 28, 2023. I received so much compassion from the staff, especially Greta. She is absolutely wonderful. My Momma looked like an Angel resting and everything was laid out so beautifully. Pastor Dave Mason was wonderful. He gave us all so much comfort with his words and music. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart. ❤

The staff is amazing. They listened and understood everything my mom would of wanted and helped me ensure she got everything how she had planned. They go beyond and above for you. I will continue to have my family members with them as we have for years.

We were so thankful for the help we received in prepaying for our parents final expenses. Mr Wagner and Greta were so kind and their guidance was much needed. John helped me from start to finish. I was out of the country when I learned of the passing of my father. The nursing home needed decisions made immediately, and I didn’t even know where to start. John was able to take my phone call right away, and assured me that he would get my father from the nursing home and take care of him until I could get back into the states. After that, he helped me with all of the arrangements, and even added special touches to the service like having my dad’s favorite snack available for everyone to enjoy. The facility is beautiful, and the graveside service was perfect. My dad was a veteran, and John was able to get the veterans there for Taps, the gun salute, and the flag. John and his staff are knowledgeable and thoughtful and made a sorrowful situation a little easier. Cant recommend enough!

They went above and beyond to make this difficult time as easy as possible. My Mom looked so beautiful just like she was asleep, they even took the time to polish her nails to match her outfit. So greatful.

Greta has taken care of or family needs for years. She always goes above and beyond. They make you feel like family. I have known Mr. Mitchell since I was a little girl and he always asks how I am and hugs me when I need it. Greta even accommodated us providing our own casket since my mommy wanted purple. They will make sure your every wish for your loved on is followed. We will be going there for many more generations.

Chris Wagner and Hoskinson did a wonderful job helping us say goodbye to my brother Gary. They took care of all the details and duties. We had an off sight service and viewing during horrible winter weather. They let us be the leaders and they were there to serve. Our family will be using them for any future needs.

I’m so glad that we went with this funeral home because the whole staff was very accommodating and made sure that we was taken care of the time. Despite the circumstances they made this a very smooth process by how professional they were as they helped guide us through the process.

Not only did they do an amazing job with the funeral, but they have done an outstanding job in staying in touch with us afterwards to see how senate doing an offered any help with the grieving process. We would highly recommend this funeral home.

Absolutely amazing people. Caring and understanding to your situation. My wife and I lost a child and felt so lost. They helped us through the most difficult situation we have ever faced. Very professional and was very nice to deal with. Had family from Texas in and needed things to happen quickly and they were able to make things happen earlier than planned. Very supportive thru the whole process. Family has always used them over the years and never have had any issues! Thank you kindly for helping in our time of need!

The place is very beautiful and the staff are very nice and courteous. They go above and beyond to make things easier for the family while going through the long process of paperwork. They made several phone calls for me and were really understanding of everything we were going through. They did a wonderful job on preparing my mom for her showing and made us feel very welcome. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. I recommend using them for your loved ones.

I cannot say enough good things about CHW Funeral Services and their staff. Particularly Brian who went out of his way to keep us informed of all the details involved in a cremation and ensured my son was sent to his final resting place with dignity.

At my time of grief, you don’t know where to turn luckily, through a recommendation of a friend I contacted Chris Wagner Hutchinson, and worked with the amazing, caring, compassionate Greta Blegvad I can’t say enough about her. She was kind and caring. Just what I needed at the moment I will forever be grateful.

We chose Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral and cremation in 2004 when my mother passed away. They were amazing then. So, when my brother passed suddenly in September, I knew where to go. Brian was the funeral director that we had and he went above and behind to help my other brother and I. We knew that our older brother wanted to be cremated. Brian took the time to go over all the options with us. When I got home that night, my daughters let me know they wanted to see their uncle one last time before he was cremated and Brian went out of his way to make sure that happened. When the obituary needed to be changed because people were missed he called me after his work hours to make sure we had all the right information. They followed up with me when my brothers ashes were ready to be picked up. They have followed up with text messages to see how I am doing. I would 100% would recommend them to anyone that ask.
