Waiting now over three hours for my tow who has been unresponsive other than picking up after I call each hour to tell me it’s going to be another hour. I just called and he’s eating and speaking with his mouth full. BEYOND unprofessional. I have his direct number too if you’d like to reach out to your employee and find out for me why he believes this is acceptable. The first time I asked him what was taking so long he told me “he had no idea, had no idea what was happening this morning but they’re extremely behind”. Okay.... fast forward from my initial call at 10:00AM to now at 12:50PM. I’ve cancelled and will not be using this company again. Unbelievable.

I was on the i290 when truck 1128 was driving up on people putting on his high beams in adverse conditions. Your company has dangerous drivers. I hope he doesn't cause an accident and kill some one.

Not a review on the company, but this driver tried merging into me on the Highway. And afterwards getting in front of me break checking me, beware of these drivers. Unfortunately wasn’t able to get his truck #, the trailer he was hauling was #7205
