Rotary Park Gazebo

First of all, this gazebo means a huge amount to me as my father, Troy Radschlag, actually worked on building the top of it. And it sits upon the old grounds where my mother's first apartment was! So it would mean a lot if the city could change the lightbulb every once in awhile.
It's a very calm spot to just take in the world around you, nice open space for running around by the riverside
