I always have a good experience with your friendly staff members who help me when I am needing assistance. I had my questions answered with courtesy and polite members of the team. When I request papers from the office I can get them picked up the same day with no worries.

They are always so helpful at this office. We have been with Penny for many years.

You have tremendous people working for you and that makes all the difference. They know me by name and when I call I am made to feel that I am the only person that matters at that time. They are friendly, helpful, and put up with my bi-polar personality :). I have and will continue to recommend anyone that asks about insurance to call you. I can't submit this without commenting on the wonderful boss/owner. I have never met another like Penny. Her glass is ALWAYS more than half full and she is willing to go the extra mile for her clients. 100% satisfied and have no reason to ever look elsewhere.

We have carried multiple insurance policies through the Penny Zagel Allstate Insurance Company for many years. We have always found everyone in the office to be helpful, considerate and efficient with any matters.

After my first claim, Allstate found that my original insurance policy was not transferred correctly. They advised that I needed to contact my Agent. It was a weekend and Penny still responded to my inquiry and helped get the ball rolling to get things corrected so that my claim could be satisfied. I am extremely pleased to have Penny as my agent, her ability to get back to me so quickly and get things moving helped me feel like I was an important customer.

I trust the Zagel Insurance Agency to monitor and provide me with the policies that are in my best interest and best value. One less thing for me to keep track of in my financial affairs. They are the best!

Happy with Allstate - but do not like to see Allstate commercials on FOX news. I have been heeing and hawing about leaving due to your continued advertisement on the Russian propaganda station but really like your company and service and I have too many accounts to switch.
