We have always dealt with Kevin and he does some amazing work! We have now been dealing with Shelby and she is nothing but amazing to work with! She always comes up with great ideas and is never pushy! She wants to sell you something that you LOVE! The whole staff makes for an enjoyable visit every time we are in the store!

We LOVE Pugh's! We are forever customers! My husband and I first started working with Pugh's when we purchased my engagement ring. The whole process was fantastic! We worked with Shelby and her customer service, education, and follow through were everything we could have asked for! Shelby didn't treat us like just a sale, but instead educated us and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. We did a custom spin on one of their American made engagement rings and it turned out amazing. I get so many compliments on the uniqueness of my ring and the brilliance of my diamond! We have made multiple purchases since my ring, and each time we have had the same awesome customer service and experience. My wife lost an earring out of her favorite pair. For Christmas, I wanted to get her a new pair of earrings that closely matched.

I had never been to Pugh's, but they had good reviews online. I walked into to Pugh's with 4 pictures of the one earring my wife still had.

Unfortunately they didn't have any that matched. They looked through the jewelry books they had in the store, but they couldn't find anything that was close. I was a little discouraged, but Shelby asked if I would text her the pictures that I had taken. She told me she'd let me know what she could find.

I really wasn't expecting hear back from her, let alone hear back in under 24 hours. But that's exactly what happened. Shelby text me back the same day with 3 different options that were nearly identical to the earrings that I was looking for for my wife.

I text Shelby back the pair that I wanted to purchase. They ordered them for me, & Shelby text me when they were in to purchase.

When I came in to pick them up, they offered to gift wrap them. I declined because I wanted to make sure they matched the earring that my wife still had. I brought it home, & it was nearly identical.

My wife opened them on Christmas morning & immediately put them in! She loves them & is extremely happy with them! Thank you to Pugh's & to Shelby for helping me get the perfect gift for my wife!

The months leading up to my engagement, I became a frequent flyer of Pugh’s Designer Jewelers. I knew after my initial visit; their team would help me find the perfect ring for my fiancée.
They answered my questions, guided me honestly, and patiently worked with me through the jewelry designing process. They always made me feel comfortable in their store.

The challenging part of being a first-time buyer is not knowing what to look for, Shelby walked me through it all. Her knowledge of both the products and the industry were second to none. Pugh's is fantastic. I purchased an engagement ring and wedding bands from Pugh's and spent about $2,000 in total. Shelby was super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, and walked me through the process of what to look for in a diamond ring. I came in multiple times and each time she helped me figure out what I wanted. They've got a huge display case of jewelry and they can also do custom pieces.

After I proposed to my wife, the ring didn't fit because I didn't measure her hand properly :( We took it back to Pugh's later that day and Kevin resized it on the spot for free.

A big-box jeweler might have a lower price (not sure, I didn't look) but you can't beat the service, friendliness, and quality that you'll get here. Plus, the jewelry is incredibly well-constructed and looks beautiful.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Shelby and Kevin at Pugh's. I was searching for an engagement ring, and Shelby spent hours with me over the course of a few weeks, explaining everything about the four C's and more. We looked at diamonds under the microscope and considered different options within my budget. Resizing the ring later on was a smooth and quick process. This was a good experience, 100%.

I totally trust Pugh Jewelers! I drive 30 minutes just to patronize Pugh's because I trust them. They previously fixed my grandmother's ring and did such an excellent job that more than a decade later of daily wear, it still is in excellent condition. Recently, they fixed another inherited diamond ring that not only needed sized, but also significant repair work due to years of neglect by prior owners. The stone proved to be a challenge, but Kevin reviewed my options and advised me. The ring when finished was stunning and the main stone seemed larger and more brilliant thanks to their craftsmanship and expertise. Additionally, Meg, knowing my jewelry preferences, showed me a beautiful, unique saphire and diamond ring that was on sale. She offered me their lay away plan so I was able to purchase it. I bought their special order of Irish Catholic Immaculate Heart Claddagh rings. I have had them made 4 times now for my beautiful daughters. At age 13, I present them with the book "Princess and the Kiss". They wear them as a promise ring for purity til they get married. I love Pugh's! Excellent job!

I can’t express enough how amazing this place is. They are so nice and considerate. They sized my ring in 3 days, when 2 other jewelers told me they couldn’t do it because it was too much of a size change. Will be returning for all my jewelry needs.

Great service. Changed the 3 batteries in my watch and cleaned a wedding ring for $20! Helped me look for new watches and were super friendly. I would highly recommend.

My stone fell out of my wedding ring. I took it in on Wednesday and was told it could take up to 20 days to be fixed. They called me today(Saturday) 3 days later and it is fixed. Thank you for doing a wonderful job.
