It was my first time visiting the store, and I got there not long before closing so I only had time to go in the reptile section...
I had a great experience with the young man in the reptile section, his name was Alex, and he was extremely knowledgeable about all of the reptiles. He was very courteous and helpful. He got me all set up with my new tree frog and all her needs.
I was really happy with the service from all the employees! It was a great experience!
I also saw a really neat creature I'd never heard of before.. it's a legless lizard, it's pretty cool, check it out before it's gone!

Amazing staff. They are very knowledgeable about the animals and give them a lot of time to play and interact with people.

Got a Cinnamon Conure from here. In the past we had African Grey from here. They carry basically all a parrot owner needs plus cats, bunnies, reptiles, fish, and small mammals. The normal domestic animals are covered too.

We buy all of our animal's food here. We also like to hold the small animals and bought a few bunnies and guinea pigs here over the years! Healthy and well taken care of.

This store is great, has lots of ✨quality selection✨, MANY 🐦🦜bird species 🐦 , bunnies, ferrets, etc to choose from (sometimes even a kitten or two!), and also an in store cat that is very friendly!! 🐱

I met a very friendly & helpful lady here. Kind of upsets me because I can't remember her name at the moment. Older white lady with blondish hair and is pretty new there.
As always I was looking for wet dog food for my 14y.o.chi-weenie because he's starting to slowly dislike his current food. He has heart disease & can only eat a low sodium food. This is the 5th time I'm having to change his diet. She had another employee check on their computer which dog food they sell that's low sodium. Started showing me & I ended up picking the very 1st brand she showed me because I was quite satisfied with what it was.
This lady is very down to earth & very easy to talk to. Sweet as can be & made my stressful shopping experience a pretty good one. Will update this review with her name when I shop there again. She deserves to be recognized for great customer service. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. Never had a bad experience at this store. Totally recommend it!

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about pets. The owner is awesome she understands my predicament in dealing with my cat who is dieing. Einstein is a sweetheart he let's me puck him up and he hugs me when I do this.

I was with my grandson, buying just 2 30-cent goldfish, which they do not keep on display. The woman helping us took several fish out from the back and patiently encouraged my grandson to pick out his two favorites.

Best pet store I have gone to in a long time. Staff is very friendly and helpful. You can return most pet foods if your pet doesn't like them or if their tummy disagrees. And they carry so many different brands of treats, toys, foods, utilities, and habitats. The prices are also pretty much the best in the whole county! If you have a dog, cat, snake, bird, reptile, fish, or amphibian, then you should at least check this place out! Store is also always very neat, organized, and clean, and pets are allowed inside too!

Today was our first visit here. Bought our very first pet ( small animal) . A huge shout out to Ashley M who helped us immensely, patiently explaining every little detail and answering all the questions my young children had, helping us come to the right decision without upselling or are any other sales gimmicks. She was very knowledgeable and the store was clean and reasonably well organized. Make sure to not miss the talking parrot at the checkout.

The staff is very friendly. My daughter likes to go there just to see the animals and they treat us very kindly even though they know we are not buying anything on most visits.
Their selection of pet food is tremendous. They have a better selection of healthy choices than most others.

Customer service was amazing, the employees are great and the other reviews don't do this store justice. Guaranteed other pet store workers faking reviews. The review stating that the person vacuuming wouldn't allow the person to buy dog food was unclear, the stores policy is that once were closed, the customers inside the store are able to finish checking out but no one else is allowed to enter once they close. The pets are treated very well, and are taken out and played with in rotation, the store is kept clean and all animals are In properly sized cages, unlike what the other reviews might say. Come see for yourself, I give anyone reading this my word. This store is great, and unlike other pet stores, the staff don't play on their phones the entire time, and avoid you in the aisles. I was asked if I needed any assistance multiple times in a friendly manner, and I would really disregard any of these fake, or 'stretched' lie reviews on here. Pet world is one of the best pet stores ever.

This place is amazing! They have their own cat! Einstein- the cutest, whiniest cat ever who just roams the store freely- i love it! and all their birds come out at some point to hangout behind the counter. Not to mention they pick all their animals from breeders after holding and getting to know the animal. You can literally hold all their rabbits and hamsters and Guinea pigs and the people there are so helpful, fun, smart and know the animals.

They were very helpful with my birds. They gave me the discounts that were posted in the store even though they were expired. My parakeet is active and healthy and now that he is home he is happy. My other bird was from another pet store and he did not adjust as well.

Great place, friendly staff and a big selection.

I think its funny how people on here are mad that they won't stay open after hours. I work retail and once the registers are counted down that's it. So be more responsible and get your animal's food before it runs out. People who work retail do have lives and want to go home to their families stop being so selfish.

They treat their creatures like royalty, and took their time to educate, and help me build a start up kit. All the employees are fun, down to earth, family oriented individuals! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Dog, cat, bird, fish and more with everything they need and want. Food, treats, bedding, in many brands. Collars and harnesses in many sizes. The employees are helpful kind.

Great location and selection. Who ever stacks the pet food bags had some serious organizational skills. Every bag is perfectly placed and evenly stacked. They take pride in their job, well done!!
