Employees are always so helpful and kind! It's the customers like the Karen that was behind me in line the other day that don't help when they open their fat mouth because they're in a rush or late....maybe she should of just started her day a little earlier. Good work pilot

Great truck stop!!! Love the little souvenirs! They have regular gas station things like drinks and snacks. There's restrooms.

Great employees. Nice selection of items and there rest rooms have always been clean. Usually the cheapest gas around for me . I meet my ex wife here to get my kids as it half way for us . I never had an issue here and subway located inside as well.

Wow. That manager, Sean I think his name is? 10/10, will come again. Super funny and friendly, I would drive out of my way to come all the way to this pilot just to have him out a smile on my face. Everyone seems to have a fun time when he’s in charge- I hope he never leaves. I can only imagine what it’s like to work with him on a daily basis, must be nice.

Was very clean: had what appeared to look like the best Subway Sandwich Shop I have ever seen! This is a truck stop as well, but super roomy for all vehicles!

I drive truck for a living and stay at Pilot truck stops at least four to five days per week. This is the first pilot truck stop I've been to that I feel was an all-around good experience! From my dining experience in Denny's and the customer service there, to the showers being clean, the clean restrooms and especially the friendly staff, it definitely warrants a five-star.

Excellent customer service from Manager, Kera. Was so helpful in helping and went above and beyond to help us. She printed docs that we needed for a delivery and we were unable to do from our printer . Thanks Kera!!!

Clean. Nice staff. Nice caffeine selection. Great bathrooms, not regular stalls but floor length doors good privacy. Seems like the truckers like it there too. Stop in whenever I'm in the area and need to pee.

Stopped in only to use their bathroom. Very clean, pleasant smelling, a definite stop! They also have a Subway located inside and an area where you can buy snacks, like candy, chips, prezels, coffee, breakfast sandwiches, etc.!! It's a great Truck Stop so that could be why the variety is so great!!🚛⛽🍬🍫🍟🌯

In my opinion these places are very over priced regarding all they sell. The app provides some good discounts on products. Otherwise it serves its purpose

Big parking lot. Cool people. Clean showers.

I want to say I was there December 3. I want to say April left a impression on me. I was pulling up to pump to get diesel. April was checking on Co worker to see the cleanliest of the pump. She was not happy because did not do a good job and she made sure he clean it right. I and another driver was so impressed how she cared about safety. Something we driver never see. Good job April

Stopped for gas and subway was open. Gas was standard process. The exceptional service from the woman working at subway was worth the stop. Super kind, mask on, gloves and washed hands between every customer. For a chain restaurant they should be so lucky to have such a wonderful employee. If she isnt a manager she should be! Thank you for your service.

There is always a place to park your truck here. May not sound like much but so many Pilots have such limited parking that it's really a big deal to have one that you know will have a spot when you need to stop for the day. Coffee is always fresh and the staff friendly.

It's been a long time since I was here last. It's an older truck stop, but has most everything a driver might need. Tons of parking, lots of choices for food and snacks. The people were friendly and service good.

Pilot Travel Centers are all right. They have showers lots of parking and plenty of things to eat. Most Pilot Travel Centers are the same if you've ever been to one you've been to them all. Pretty decent gas prices to.

Clean facilities, great food, and friendly people mark this place as being one of the best to stop at while passing through the Canton area. They've got a wonderful selection of products and good prices. And, best of all, they have Cinnabon!

Clean place restrooms where well maintained their lot was nice size easy to get in and out of with. Vehicles and semis had a subway inside and a place to sit down and relax by the subway

Love this place. Friendly service, variety of products, good eats and washroom/laundry facilities. I would always suggest resting, shopping or dining here to my family & friends. They also love Pilot Travel Centers.
