Pete aka Spencer is VERY knowledgeable about Verizon and the products offered at his store. Pete us super friendly and made me made everything go smooth... I wish I would have started my other Verizon contracts with him rather than back home. Great guy, great store!

Jeff was great, he set me up with a tablet to help me with streaming/casting to my smart t.v. he also helped resolve some issues with my phone, spent time teaching me how fix those issues on my own and answered questions I didn't even know I had questions about.

Spencer and Jeff were AWESOME!!! they worked for 3 hours getting my service activated even though my previous provider locked my phone after paying it off right then and there. One of the best stores I've been to yet to date. These guys know their stuff. Thanks guys you did great.

Jeff was awesome and very helpful with upgrading my phone, and I even got a tablet add-on to my plan and he was amazing through the whole process. I will definitely recommend going here for anything related to my phone plan.

This has always been our go-to place for the past 12 years since we switched over to verizon. The untiring dedication from the staff here is amazing. No matter who is on duty at this shop, it is always top-notch in my book.
