The owner is the most awesome guy i know really cares about people and offers kids speed strength and agility classes that have really helped my 8yr and 11yr old sons wonderful atmosphere nobody gives you a hard time or gets in your way hands down my favorite gym

I really like the 24-hour accessibility of this place. But, my favorite aspect is the variety of equipment they offer. They have hardcore powerlifting aparatus, circuit training options, a huge variety of dumbbells, kettlebells, and resistance bands, and lots of choices for cardio machines. I've been a member for a little over a year, and I still haven't tried everything out(and they continue to add equipment regularly).

This is a real gym, I can be myself, I like to workout intense. Today's gyms are like a hair salon, ppl do more networking than training. Here you can come and conquer. Real gym head stuff.

It’s clean, has quality equipment, and there is plenty of space. Management is solid as well.
