Dr. Riedel and her entire staff are fantastic! They take great care of my dogs and help me be a better owner. Last month we had to put my senior dog to sleep. Dr. Riedel did everything to help my Charlie and, when it reached the point where I had to make that awful decision, she was there to discuss all options. We got to say our goodbyes and Dr. Riedel and all the staff cried with us. I cannot say enough about how much it meant to me to have them care so much about our Charlie.

I trust her with my two younger dogs and know she will care and do the very best to keep them in good health. Thank you for all you do!!

I Love Dr Riedel.. The 2 girls I have delt with at the front desk, WONDERFUL !! Super compassionate, ALL of them!! So that being said… The little kittens I am fostering, LOVE their Bed Buddy!! Lol

This place is amazing!! Extremely friendly staff. They are great to both the furbabies and humans. Even had fresh water and bowls out for their customers on a hot day.

My kittens were new patients & the staff was very friendly and efficient. Due to covid19 I spoke with the veterinarian by phone from the parking lot, she was nice, knowledgeable, efficient. I'm glad I chose them and was lucky they were accepting new patients. I love the folder that included vaccine record books, home care tips, spay/neuter info & more. Great place!

We took our puppy, Luna in for her first vet appointment. I was nervous my puppy would make a mess, be obnoxious and misbehave giving the staff a hard time. Boy was I wrong! Not only am I so proud of Luna but the staff was AMAZING! They knew exactly how to handle her and keep her calm. Very knowledgeable and caring. I think we found our new vet. Everytime we call they are super nice and knowledgeable. They seem to love what they do. The ladies treat each animal like its theirs. Reasonable priced, we drive out there coming from Copley.

Liked the kind staff and Dr. Riedel. Clean place and they doctor your animal in front of you. Went to another place they never doctored your dog I was front of you.. This bothered me. I would recommend Portage Lakes Vet 100%

Dr. Riedel is AMAZING! I've brought my cats and dogs there for over 18 yrs!! She puts the animals first and foremost. She may not be the nicest if you're animal has had whatever problem for a while, but only because she cares about the animal(s) most and I'm 100% okay with that. The best vet hands down! I trust her more than anyone, and EVERYONE! If I could give her 10 stars I would!!!

This is the only place I will take my dogs. Dr. Riedel has been GREAT. Very compassionate. Always makes time for my dogs. Highly recommend.

Needed Portage Lakes Vet for an urgent visit. Even the Animal hospital in Green and Copley was deterring. Dr. Riedel came out and introduced herself, helping with my anxiety and questions. This team is loving and caring and energetic. Thank you team.

Awesome service. Switched Vets due to Sigler retiring and the new Vet that took over being unreliable. I got better information from a staff that actually cares in just one visit then I did from Sigler after several visits and cancelled appointments.
