I’ve been a BSCU member for many years. However, I recently needed to talk to someone about my account. After several attempts with no response I had to email. I left the office manager a VM on 3/29/19. No response. Once I emailed Stephaine she called left a message to which someone was suppose to reach out to me but did not. I ended up having to call the Canton branch because no one would answer the phone at the Akron branch. Teresa at the canton branch was very rude to me. I called Stephaine back at the Akron branch to let her know. Still no response from the Akron branch. I’ve never been so outdone! Where is the customer service? Where is the office manager? Can l get a clear
Understanding answer to my question?
This is type of treatment to anyone is wrong and not good, especially not members who have been with BSCU for many years. I’m very outdone!
