They’re caring, understanding, honest very supported. They’ve taken care of three members of the family.

It's a shame how things have changed in this funeral home .
Have used them a few times with family over the years and have always been very satisfied on every level. I Wish I could say that now unfortunately when the second generation takes over so many things changed.
It's the little things that helps families get through hard times when losing a loved one unfortunately it seems like money is the only driving factor .
I really think the world of Bill and his wife and wish them the best in partial retirement.

They say it will take a week to get to the services, yet it's been a week and they STILL don't have the death certificate signed. Literally handed them the paper with person SSN on it and THEY copied it wrong. All of this delayed having a service for my father that we lost after Christmas... Making people stay here alot longer than they can because they don't seem to care about anything!!! They say it's because of the holiday but the holiday was 1 day, not an entire week!!!!
