Rhoden handled my brother's funeral and they did an excellent job! Terea made us feel extremely comfortable and she was really easy to work with. Their prices were also competitive for the area.

Most funeral homes put too much make up on and it really make them look fake. When you love your job it shows. A+++++ ❤it!!!! This is the only funeral service I have used and will always use. I know from my personal and business relationship with Al and his family that this business was built on honesty, compassion, integrity, understanding, fairness, and exceptional service. From first hand knowledge by working for and with the establishment from its infancy. The core values that were established then have been passed down and are still being practiced to this day. March Ferguson did a wonderful job on my mom in 2015. And I feel the price was very reasonable. I'm giving 5 stars because I recieved 5 star service. Yes I understand the receptionist can be very rude, and make the place seem awful. So I never worked with her. Just March ( The Director ). He takes good care of your loved ones.

When my mother-n- law passed in March this was the first time we ever had to plan a funeral. Feeling overwhelmed and sadden when we contacted Rhoden Memorial to set up an apointment. Once we meet with Mr. Ferguson he help us so much, listened, explained and prepared a nice homegoing service for our love one. We were satisfied. God bless you all.

It was very hard dealing with the deaths of various family members over the years from my Grandpa to my Goddad and my brother, but Rhoden has been there for comfort and prayer the whole step of the way. Never shared an unpleasant experience with them!

I realize its a reputation thing for your services at Rhoden Memorial Home, but in your response concerning Mr. Williams, it needed to be recognized this was a sensitive moment and that he was attending a service of a family member which you never addressed, i.e. given him an apology on this review, or did I miss that?

He was wearing gloves and was told he was to allow the staff to spray his hands with a spray bottle that was unlabeled , i.e. with not content on the bottle,on his hands.

I attended a service of another one of his family member, on August 23rd, since then and notice your staff wearing gloves, and we we're not asked to allow your staff to spray our hands and your staff wouldn't allow him to wear his gloves, wow. He was acting on the protocol Under the CDC guidelines, plus when you go the hospital or corner office and your staff all wear gloves. It appear he was discriminated against, because he bottle didn't show or he was allow to know the content of what was in the spray bottle to know if whatever your staff spray would have been a health problem for him or other guest. My question should you feel to respond, can you share the CDC policy for your company using unlabeled spray bottles? Thank you.
