I went here Tuesday January 30 to get phone service I have right now unlimited phone plan $25 a month cheap they have 5G data it's unlimited too with unlimited wifi I use my phone everyday it's good deal I kept my phone and number I recommend going here I don't remember the guy that helped me he was really helpful not rude very nice to me.

My daughter destroyed her phone and I needed something cheap and easy. I usually have a hard time dealing with the salesperson at metro, and then there was Tammy, she gave me a great deal and got me in and out, and she made laugh! Just what I needed thanks. Thanks Tammy!

Had such a great experience today at this location. The employee, MJ, whom helped me pick out a phone is so kind and considerate and deserves a raise tbh! I will always come to this location because he was super nice and understanding and very helpful!! He made my birthday amazing. God bless him. ☺♥

MJ showed exception customer service and displayed a wonderful sense of knowledge on the products for sale. I didn't feel pressured on a sale and his energy level was supperb. Thank you for the amazing experience. I will definitely be spreading the word with friends and family.

I came in to port a very important number and it was not as easy as I expected. MJ was very professional & helpful. MJ went above & beyond helping me, even after I left he still worked on the issue. He stayed in hold for over 2 hours trying to resolve the issue. Even when I am sure he was frustrated he still gave his best effort & communicated with me. I have been a customer for years & MJ has been the customer service rep I have experienced. He totally deserves the 5 stars. MJ, I can’t thank you enough.
