I love this place the only thing I don't like is there's some inconsistencies with the flavor sometimes you'll go in and get something and it tastes beautiful and then the next time you come in it tastes like it was seasoned less than what it was the last time sometimes it's a hit or a mess it's still an awesome place to go I think they could practice a little better food rotation because there's been times where I have ordered egg rolls and the cabbage in them are like really old and sour tasting but if you order like four of them chances are you'll get one or two that tastes sour and then the other ones are fine the only thing that's down is sometimes the consistency of it tasting good depends on food rotation other than that I recommend it

This is now our favorite Chinese place. We wish we would have found it before now. The best sesame chicken. The best egg rolls. The best dumplings. The best everything! Thank you for the great service and great delivery!

General Tso's Chicken dinner combo. Came with egg roll and fortune cookie. Tangy and tasty sauce. Egg roll was nice too.

Friendly, very polite to customers. Great at appeasing customers with food allergies. Employees are from all walks of life. (Not just of Asian decent) Food is ALWAYS HOT GOOD AND FAIRLY PRICED!!! Honestly, the food was amazing!!! We ordered steamed dumpling, (10/10) beef Lo mein, and extra spicy curry chicken (also 10/10!!) The sauce for the dumplings was amazing and we loved the thinner wrapping over the dumplings. The veggies in the curry chicken was cooked to perfection, and don't get me started on how tasty the yellow curry tasted!! Probably the best i had in a long while! Delivery driver was super friendly. We may have just found our new favorite take out! We will definitely be ordering from here again the near future!! I would 100% recommend ordering from here!

Authentic taste (BEST EGG ROLLS IN AKRON) and top notch customer service. Ordered online tonight and had a special request. Not only did they call to confirm they had the correct info about the request, they gave me EXACTLY what I requested.

Besides a mistaken address, everything was PERFECT. Dumplings were perfectly crispy, full, and delicious. Egg rolls were pristine! I will definitely be recommending Ju Yuan Kitchen to just about everyone I know! 10/10, 5 stars

After reading some of the reviews I was extremely hesitant about ordering from here but thought I’d try it. To our surprise, all of our order was good. Our chicken, egg rolls, and rice all seemed fresh. Nothing tasted off or looked weird. We actually got an extra egg roll that we didn’t order. No complain there. I did ask our DoorDash driver how the restaurant itself looked and he said very clean. This was very reassuring.

All I can say is WOW. I have Been ordering from other local places and this by far is the best. Super fast delivery. Prices are good . The quality of the food is excellent. Most chinese food, if you don't eat it the same day, the meat gets hard. I forgot that I had General's chicken in the fridge from two days ago, and I just heated it up ,and the chicken was not hard and nasty. It was exactly the same as the day I bought it. That is a big thing to me because, I can't eat the whole meal at once and like to have it for lunch the following day. I would give this place 100 stars if I could!

I absolutely love their food! Its defiantly a sketchy place/area if your going to pick it up but they offer specials (free items) if you do. We live a fairly good distance and they still deliver, sometimes charging a dollar extra but its well worth it. I grew up eating Chinese every other week and became somewhat picky. This is the first Chinese place in Akron that I have found with anything comparable. Some employees can sometimes be rude but could honestly just be the language barrier... I once was overcharged due to miscommunication and when I called on it they were very kind with finding a solution. If you can be somewhat tolerant of the minor flaws I recommend it!

By far the best takeout of this variety I have had. Their general Tso's is the best I have had. Also, their pork egg rolls are amazing and bigger than I have had elsewhere. I definitely reccomend. Always arrives hot and delicious! (Note that I use doordash for delivery).

Edit: even their fortune cookies are good! I don't usually eat fortune cookies but theirs taste like vanilla with a mix of sugar cookie! This place is prime.

First time ordering tonight. Everything was hot and right. I especially liked that they stapled the containers shut so they were tamper proof. Looks like I found a new favorite Chinese restaurant

This place is a definite jewel in the rough! Food that makes high end Asian restaurants look silly for charging so much! Cause its fresh, delicious, cooked right in front of u and the staff is family and treats u like family as well!!

This food is great! The staff would actually recognize my number and knew our order before I even spoke! That's how often my coworkers and I would order from here!
