I went to Roots solan over the weekend to get a trim and style from Skyler, she was so amazing. supper kind, very bubbly, great conversation. I had the best time it was honestly so much fun. she did an amazing job and my hair looked great. I highly recommend going to Skyler!: )

I had a fantastic experience with Teresa! She did a great job and I have been coming back to her ever since. Her cuts are really good and her scalp massage is very comforting. She overall just really cares for her customers and you feel it the whole time. The salon itself is very nice too. Friendly and clean and quick turnaround. I recommend this salon and Teresa to everyone I know.

I am very picky when it comes to people coloring my hair. I got a balayage with Jenna and at first I was a little scared cause I didn’t know if it would look good. But the way she reassured me just calmed all of my nerves. Jenna made sure to look at a lot of different options to be very precise in what I liked and didn’t like. She even went so far in asking if I was cool or warm toned skin to make sure the color would look good on me! I don’t think I could ever go back to another stylist. Plus all the other stylists are SUPER nice too by helping each other out etc etc. which I think is great! overall great Solon:)

My favorite stylist Jamie is back at Roots Salon in Brookfield! I am so happy! She always does a great job with my hair and I love her head massages. I look forward to seeing Jamie every time I go!!!

I have been going to Jae for all of my hair needs for almost a decade. Not only is she super knowledgeable and professional, she does a great job! I have never had a complain and often times I just let her do whatever she thinks would be best! I moved about an hour away a few years ago and I still drive out because it's worth it!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Ricky. I couldn't be happier with the results. Ricky listened carefully to my preferences and offered valuable suggestions to enhance my look. I LOVE LOVE LOVE roots salon. I have never been even in the slightest bit disappointed. I always work with Alexa and she always does a fabulous job with my hair. I can tell her a rough idea of what I want, and I let her run with it. I always wind up leaving with the exact look I wanted. All of the staff is nice, its cozy and well kept up. Alexa is also very knowledgeable on all of the products they stock, which is awesome! I always recommend Roots salon to everybody I can, and more specifically, I always recommend Alexa. I will never see anybody but her.

I had Stacey cutting my hair. I trusted her the moment I sat down on the salon chair. She really wanted to get to me as how I like to style my hair. Turns out we have the same styling technique, which is awesome. I showed her a picture on my phone of a style that I really liked. Before she got started with it, she asked me how long I’ve been thinking about getting this certain style. She was up front with me and she didn’t want to go into it if it was just an idea that came up out of the blue. Stacey was very conversational, which I loved! I really felt like we bonded and connected; almost like I’ve been coming in every week to see her. I know this is long. But I just appreciate how genuine she was, and how close everyone was in this salon. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. These hairstylists love there work and are very passionate to making the client feel confident about themselves afterward! Thank you again, Roots Salon💕

Nicole is the best! Love the atmosphere and the talent at Roots!

I went to Roots for the first time yesterday and had a great experience! BreHanna did an amazing job with my balayage and cut. She even got me in for a pedicure while my color was processing. Roots also does great promos for first time customers. I will definitely be back - I found my new stylist!

I have been seeing Nicole for a longtime and she is so good. Everyone is so nice and I would highly recommend anyone there. I always see Nicole every 8 weeks and schedule right away and never have any issues getting in.

Roots provides a very relaxed setting. Krys was very gentle and accommodating when doing my lashes and hydro jelly mask. I recommend going to her if you want someone that will make you feel comfortable during the entire process. Thank you, I was super happy with my service.
