I travel to Ukiah for work on a regular basis, have tried the food up and down the city and area. This spot has DELICIOUS tacos. I put a lot of weight on rice and beans and theirs is some of the best I've had, near par with el paso/border town Texas.

VERY unassuming looking food truck with a very confusing name.

A mandatory stop for me on every trip here.

Perfect little stop for a quick bite. Food is well made and it shows for a road side food truck. Beautiful sitting area which is perfectly shaded on a hot day, pairs well with a snow cone!

The best Sno-cone I have ever had in my life... They have at least 50 or more flavors to choose from, you will want to go back to try a few so go with a medium size drink, the large was way more than I could handle! And they also have really good Mexican food with a small and cozy outdoor patio. Loved it!

I've been getting snowcones here since they started. Fast service, decent prices on snowcones, and they've expanded to homestyle Mexican hot food, as well. There's a little shaded patio area with seating while you wait or eat.

My favorite is a half Candy Cream/half Cotton Candy mix.

Very good food and best snow cones in town specially there natural home made recipe flavors like Vanilla,Tamarindo,Guava,Hibiscus,piña colada,horchata, all of them are so good you have to try it for yourself

Nothing beats shaved ice on a hot day. Especially in the portions, flavor choices, and prices here. Unbelieveably reasonable prices. I am blown away at the fantastic deals this place offers anyone in Ukiah.

Who isn't happy after a visit to get hector's snow cones? Everyone leaves happy who comes here. I only see smiling faces.

My first time going to this place. We only got a snow cone, but it was perfectly blended. We will come back to try their Mexican food .

I love ice all year long Hector's has the best snow cones in town wish he was open all year long he got some good food to I love the costillas and torta's nacho supreme and nacho fries are bomb
